The manager was super rude I work in customer service all my life and not accommodating the customer is just ridiculous. I ordered a combo when I always get upcharged for the oj and she argued that she wasn’t going to do it I always visit the Dundee ave and north McLean location in Elgin and never have an issue !!!!!
This needs to be addressed in a more professional manner ! Btw I went to McDonalds bc they never have an issue with making the customers happy !

Food is good it has a weird after taste. I don't know what chemicals they put in this stuff but it tastes weird. Fries are a bit uncooked all the time when i order. Their service in person is great and fast, while in the drive thru it is as slow as my slushy melting half way. I've been in drive through 3 times and all those three times, it's been at LEAST 15-20 minutes. Area is clean.

I arrived here at 9:30 on a saturday, pulled up to the drive thru and waited 2 minutes for someone to talk through the speaker that they were closed for the night. This location is never busy, so I assume they just didn’t want to deal with any customers, which I totally understand, but closing 2.5 hours before you’re scheduled time and being rude about it to the customer, is actually insane. I have never had a good experience here, I’ve gotten the wrong order multiple times, been told my coupons with valid dates can’t be used. We ended up going to the one on McLean which only had one person working there, who was kind and speedy with getting us our food considering it was literally just him. We gave him a $20 tip on the $40 meal because he actually had a good work ethic compared to whatever is going on here.

Ok the place got remodeled which is nice and all but I dont understand why your employees dont wear gloves when handling food.. I watched the guy toss my fries with his bare hands! Disgusting. I dont want his germs...no thanks! Fix this!

Very bad experience today at this location. Received the wrong order and the manager on duty today Kevin was very unhelpful in resolving my issue. Directed me to the mobile app to fix the problem when the store gave me the wrong order.

Put the wrong food in the wrong wrapping. Only have 1 high chair for kids. And when I asked for more napkins they said they can’t give us many. Which at first they one gave me 2 napkins and it’s 3 of us. Smh. What a service.
