Young workers were rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever — almost like coming in and ordering food was a nuisance and ruining their life.
Everything was practically skimped like children sized servings and I had to ask to add more to the bowl.

This location is a complete disaster. Walked in to get a chicken bowl. As I approached the counter the girl behind it had a mean scowl on her face, I proceeded to kindly greet here with, Hey, how ya doin! There was no response or movement from her at all. It was a bit uncomfortable. I then said, OK how about a bowl for here. She grabbed the bowl and stood in front of the rice without saying anything. At this point, I figured Ok I'm in an old fashioned stand off here, the "Who's gonna speak first" dual, after 30 seconds of confused awkwardness she finally opens her mouth and says, "I'm not here to read minds".

I had dinner at this Chipotle tonight and was really impressed with the improvements since my last visit a few months ago. The service was great – a lot of young employees working, all of whom were very nice and polite. The food was excellent, with generous portions, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The restaurant was also pretty clean, which added to the positive experience. It’s clear that this location has made significant improvements, and I’m looking forward to coming back again. Keep up the great work!

We just had two chicken bowls and chicken is not cooked properly. Felt like eating raw chicken. Please pay attention when cooking meat as that can cause issues for folks.
Dinner was really good. Service was very quick and done with a smile! Portions were generous, and meat was very tender!
Wheelchair accessibility: It would be very hard to maneuver a wheelchair if you were handicapped. Not many seats with low top tables for wheelchairs also.

I mostly stop here to grab my bowl. Employees are doing and listening to my request at every time I have been there. Unfortunately today I order bowl to take out and came home eat it to half way and found piece of chicken. I have suggested previously to separate meats from vege option. I believe when it rushtime, no one is paying attention to crossing all parts of contamination and dropping portions in to other item like vegetarian. I am do not complain and this happen few times now or not looking for free food. I am paying for food, I am looking for quality and eat able food. I hope someone reads it make some changes to operation.
