I hardly believe this, but I left today and they forgot to include my coleslaw. I got home and called to mention it. I was told they'd bring the coleslaws to me. I thought it was a joke, like doctors making house calls. Sure enough, they came to my door with the coleslaws, an extra, and a pint of blueberry cheesecake. Unbelievable! I've gone there since they opened. Now I won't go anywhere else. Caring about customers isn't lost! Wonderful people!

My order was missing fries so I asked if we could get a refund or get the fries and the manager, Ross, responded quickly and kindly. He provided not only coupons, but a handwritten note. Wasn’t even expecting a reply. Thank you! 👏
No way! I ordered a double burger a very particular way.(Patty American cheese bacon/patty Swiss cheese bacon. And the owner went and made it himself so it would be just the way I wanted it! I'm fortunate enough to have a few Culver's in my area; but I found my go to! 👊👊👊

Food was good, cooked well and made to order. Service was quick, and every single staff member was extremely personable, and seemed to work together like a well oiled machine. Parking lot design was... Odd but not terrible, clean building, kitchen and bathrooms
Ten people behind the counter looking like Zombies doing nothing, I'm the only one waiting for service, no one made eye contact for two minutes until the oldest employee reluctantly took my order. Good service and respect are non existent at this McLean location in Elgin Illinois.

I went during my lunch break I ordered a chicken cashew salad with crispy chicken my order was correct on the screen and receipt but I got my order completely wrong and I noticed once I was back at work and did not have time to go back and get it fixed so I didn’t end up eating after I paid 10$. They must’ve given me someone else’s order cause my salad came with strawberries and blue cheese it looked absolutely disgusting! They should pay more attention to avoid this happening what if I would’ve been allergic. I would’ve gone back if I had the time.
