Ten people behind the counter looking like Zombies doing nothing, I'm the only one waiting for service, no one made eye contact for two minutes until the oldest employee reluctantly took my order. Good service and respect are non existent at this McLean location in Elgin Illinois.

I went during my lunch break I ordered a chicken cashew salad with crispy chicken my order was correct on the screen and receipt but I got my order completely wrong and I noticed once I was back at work and did not have time to go back and get it fixed so I didn’t end up eating after I paid 10$. They must’ve given me someone else’s order cause my salad came with strawberries and blue cheese it looked absolutely disgusting! They should pay more attention to avoid this happening what if I would’ve been allergic. I would’ve gone back if I had the time.

It's completely insane you have employees lying about not being allowed to wait for your order at the window when nobody's behind me why pull all the way around and wait for a longer time to be walked outside when you could hand me it from the window its the time you're dodging how fast you get food out stop the false narrative

i think they hired the cook from steak and shake or smash burgers. my finger nail is thicker than this patty… and way less burndt
I will no longer go to Culver's. Last 2 visits, one in WI and one in IL, the hamburger patties are half the thickness they use to be. Even a double burger is not enough to overcome the taste of the toppings and bread. Never again. Beefshack and portillos still have a great burgers.
