I have been to this location in Elgin. I have been there five or six times in the last week. It gets very busy on Friday nights, Saturday nights. And Sunday afternoons. That's to be expected at Culver's. When I arrived, I was greeted when i walked through the door. I ordered my food, a double sourdough melt with deep fried cheese curds. it was delicious. A few days passed, and I returned to the culver's in Elgin. I ordered a double butter burger. Chili cheese, fries, and a scoop with hot caramel and banana. These were also very good. I received my food promptly. Every part of my order was hot and fresh. I have no complaints to state about Culver's.

This rating is for the woman working the drive thru on 02/20/24 at 540pm .As I pulled up to the window shes playing with my cup filled with coke and kept turning it over to pour stuff out , not sure why . I was already dreading that was my drink .. and of coarse it was.. she gave it to me dripping wet on the sides .. I asked for a napkin and she snickered .. after wiping the cup and drenching the napkin, I didn’t want to put a wet sticky napkin in my car due to her sloppiness, I started handing it to her but she said she didn’t want it .. I left it on the ledge and she took it and threw it down on the asphalt . She’s an absolute disgrace to this otherwise great establishment .

Good custard and burgers. Went Friday 2/9/24 Restaurant was absolutely ? FILTHY! The employee who helped me had Wolverine/Edward Scissor Hand nails. She couldn't handle money it was entertaining ? and disturbing ? at the same time. I repeated my order 3 times, and she still screwed it up! Definitely going downhill. I think next time I will go elsewhere,different location!

Even though I came in to order and dine in shortly before they were about to close, the food was still awesome and the service was even better. They didn't mind that they were about to close and that I wanted to sit down and eat for a minute. I hate being that guy but sometimes it’s unavoidable, and they were super cool about it. Ordered 2 kids meal and 1 cod basket value meal thru drive by. When I got home there's only 1 fries which is supposed to have 3 fries for 3 meals. And no tickets for free scope of ice cream for the kids meal. That's why check your orders before leaving this place.
