Very good place with consistent servings and I barely get disappointed, but the freaking pavement in the drive thru is so low that I always end up scratching my car’s lower bumper every time I use the drive thru. For this I’d recommend to NEVER use the drive thru at all because of this issue. Otherwise it’s a good place with consistent ice cream.

Came to this location to get a treat for the family. Because we had a camper on the backnof the truck, I pulled into the parking lot so not to congest the drive thru. There was 1 vehicle in the drive thru when i walked up to the window to order. I stood there and waited for 10 minutes as 4 cars come and leave. Never to be waited on.

They are always quick to serve and have outdoor seating. It's a bit expensive but every thing is now a days. The trash was overflowing and had lots of bees.

Every time I stop here, no matter how I drive onto Chicago street, my car scrapes on the pavement! Not wanting vehicle damage, I now avoid this Dairy Queen location. I find it hard to believe that nobody else has complained about this. If it were not a problem, their business would be much better!!

I just had the worst experience there with one of the employees. First he didn’t want to take my order because it was more than 1 thing, then he started giving me attitude. After I received my order he shoved the bag towards me and as I look in the bag half my order is all over the place like he just threw everything in there. I didn’t get the employees name but it was a younger male and had black hair with some blonde. If I could give 0 star, I definitely would. Never returning here again.

Terrible Experience – Scammed by an Employee
My wife and I went to Dairy Queen today to buy ice cream, and we ended up getting scammed by one of the employees. The worker at the drive-thru took my wife's debit card information without permission and later made an unauthorized purchase of $966 using her card. This is absolutely unacceptable!
We trusted this location for a simple treat, and instead, we became victims of fraud. We have already taken steps to report this incident to our bank, but we want to warn others to be extremely careful when handing over their cards at this Dairy Queen.
We are also reaching out to management and corporate to demand accountability. This kind of behavior should never happen at any business!
Be careful and check your statements if you've recently visited this location.

I always try to stop there wen I get off work, they say they stay open till 930pm, but every time I get there 915 920pm , they claim the machines are off or there closed already. The one in villa street is usuell accurate on timing but the w Chicago street location is closer to my house. Jus verry bothered by this.
Literally just left my order after I paid for it because all three employees were joking around and laughing like buffoons when I first arrived. When they saw me they stopped abruptly and one of them went to the back. Then the one that went to the back came out to make my order and they were talking to him about not washing his hands I. The bathroom. I was really frustrated with the unprofessionalism and expressed my distaste with preparing my food without washing hands and told them to keep it. Will definitely not be returning.
