I would suggest to others to not bother using the DQ app for this location. I was told the scanner does not work, and the receipt they hand out has no barcode.

Went to drive-thru on a weekend & there was only one lady in there. We had three orders of specialty banana splits. Our orders were fast & accurate. She even provided us with a delightful smile. Outstanding service.

Ice cream was grainy texture and not smooth . Melted quickly and did not taste good. No cherry dip coating was available. Not sure if will return. Management needs to train the help as this is the second time this has occurred to me within a month.

No adult supervision at this location on West Chicago Street in Elgin. It appears that these teens are not trained on making the various ice cream treats because our orders have been wrong more often than they have been right…really tired of this location!!!
