Food is good,but I don’t like workers one guy was being rude to me always giving me dirty looks never say have good day or something he gives me the blizzard and then close window quick like dam bro ok, they never have good food like chicken stripes and cheeseburgers, Like food and ice cream are good but the workers are problem and the stuff they should have , I check on my phone they selling chicken stripes but they said they don’t have it like bruh I came allay to Dairy Queen for nothing so I buy blizzard, I told guy you need the code he said no then never mind I need it like bruh he told me give me your phone I will do it like bro you calling me slow or something, I understand your tired wanna go home but doesn’t mean you have to be rude at me.

Great ice cream. Although the temperature is not high today, about 14 degrees, the sun is shining brightly, so it is not cold at all to eat ice cream outdoors. Although there is a queue to wait for a while, I am very happy to get the ice cream because the appearance is very impressive. Want to take a bite immediately. It tastes good and not too sweet. You can eat there often when summer comes

This is the WORST Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. It’s perpetually understaffed but this time was the last straw. We arrived and parked at 8:30pm got in a line of about 5 people. The staff did not take a single order from the line until they came to window at 8:55 pm to declare they would take the order of the first person in line, but that would be the final order. We stood in line for over 25 mins to be sent away after they never took an order. We will NEVER be coming to this location again. Terrible staff, terrible management , horrible ownership. DO NOT COME HERE. It deserves 0 stars.

I have lived in the neighborhood for 30 yrs and have always taken my kids and now grandkids to this DQ. So far this year the service has not been the best. When we go there is one person working and they struggle to keep up. Today he made shakes instead of blizzards then told my grandsons to wait for the blizzards because there were other customers. I'm not blaming the guy that works there, he is trying, but, management should have at least 2 people working!

I've been coming here to purchase ice cream and today for some reason, one of the girls cashier DT was rude and her costumer service was bad the date and time I visited was 7:10pm date 07/02/23 I decided to walk up to the window and ordered an ice cream sundae with peanuts, I said I wanted peanuts on one of the sundaes and I did not get them, on my other order I ordered oreo blizzards and as soon as she gave me the oreo blizzards one of them she put the cap over the cup it was sloppy melting of getting on my hands I asked can I please get another cup holder since I had 3 sundaes 2 blizzards plus 2 ice cream cones she saw that I was struggling as soon as she put one of the blizzards in the cup holders she was trying to fit everything on the cup holder I'm can I get one more cup holders and she said no its against the store policy to give another one out im not bothered about the ice cream melting im bothered about her service she could have giving me another cup holder to help out since my order wasn't small it was a big order
