If you enjoy being ignored and waiting for hours this is the place for you. Every time I go to this DQ the staff is incredibly rude and find it frustrating when they have guests. The other day, I went in 15 minutes before close and they refused to serve me. Not only are the rude and lazy but they are incredibly slow. I highly recommend taking a couple extra minutes out of your day to visit another location.

This location is horrible. I've given it about five chances. Four of those five chances, the two men (they either own this shop or "manage" it) are on their phones with Air Pods in. They are completely unprofessional. I was handed my order once while one of those guys was actively talking to someone on his phone.
I was in there about an hour ago today (8/16/24), and both men sat in the back, on their phones, Air Pods in, and completely unaware that a customer had walked in. I tried to get their attention, but I guess their phone calls were more important than sales.
Avoid this location if you can. Just save yourself the frustration and go to the location on McLean and Sundown.

I purchased a medium cone that looked and tasted good. My friend got a chili cheese dog that was okay, but she really appreciated that it was hot and they used shredded cheese. It wasn't as apparent to me, but my friend said there was a smell in the store and another customer who came in commented on it as well. However, it must have not been that bad as we all purchased something from the store. The service was nice and speedy.
It's in a area with many shops so parking can easily be found. I would return again if I passed by.
