If you enjoy being ignored and waiting for hours this is the place for you. Every time I go to this DQ the staff is incredibly rude and find it frustrating when they have guests. The other day, I went in 15 minutes before close and they refused to serve me. Not only are the rude and lazy but they are incredibly slow. I highly recommend taking a couple extra minutes out of your day to visit another location.

This location is horrible. I've given it about five chances. Four of those five chances, the two men (they either own this shop or "manage" it) are on their phones with Air Pods in. They are completely unprofessional. I was handed my order once while one of those guys was actively talking to someone on his phone.
I was in there about an hour ago today (8/16/24), and both men sat in the back, on their phones, Air Pods in, and completely unaware that a customer had walked in. I tried to get their attention, but I guess their phone calls were more important than sales.
Avoid this location if you can. Just save yourself the frustration and go to the location on McLean and Sundown.

The person behind the counter had very long hair. He was wearing a visor on, but his hair was too long. He needs a hairnet or a ponytail holder to hold it back.

I purchased a medium cone that looked and tasted good. My friend got a chili cheese dog that was okay, but she really appreciated that it was hot and they used shredded cheese. It wasn't as apparent to me, but my friend said there was a smell in the store and another customer who came in commented on it as well. However, it must have not been that bad as we all purchased something from the store. The service was nice and speedy.
It's in a area with many shops so parking can easily be found. I would return again if I passed by.

when they handed me the ice cream they flipped it and the ice cream got on the man. and he put it back in the cup. and he was not wearing gloves. it smelt awful and the floors were disgusgjng. never going back

Clean, friendly and quick. The people behind the counter were kind and willing to chat. They were quick with getting our order and the store was clean. Definitely recommend making a visit.
I hate this Dairy Queen. We were here for about an hour, and we were picking up a mobile order and the man that was behind the counter. Just ignored us. There was a whole line of people picking up mobile orders. And the man just ignored us. We were the first ones there, and he is ignoring us!! There was a big line of people just waiting.

Never been at this location before so decide to go in with my kids a few weekends ago and have our ice cream inside. As soon as you walk in we got hit with an extremely strong smell of curry and B.O. and was disgusted immediately but we were already there and decided to take the ice cream to go which was a bummer because the little ones really wanted to eat there. So I decided to take them back the next weekend and thought maybe it was an off day and no way it will smell like this a second weekend in a row and boy was I wrong,same thing as soon as we walked in got hit with the strong smell of curry and B.O. again and was disgusted a second time so decided to leave and went to Oberweis just 5 minutes away. Both times the place was empty and wasn’t surprised,unfortunately I won’t be coming to this DQ location again. The ice cream itself was pretty good but was hard to enjoy it with that overwhelming smell.
