Very disappointed after last night. I love Danny’s been ordering for over 15 years. Last night I ordered delivery and wasn’t told until 45 minutes after placing the order that Danny’s cancelled it. Although I understand being busy, it was one pizza. So disappointed that they didn’t let me know sooner. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back

Our food came out before our appetizer. We asked our server about it and she was rude. We didn’t complain even though once we got the appetizer, it was cold. The pizza was good. We decided to order desserts and it felt like we were bothering the server. We ordered 3 different desserts and only got 2 of them. They were dropped off by another server at our table and when we asked about the third dessert, our original server came over and was again rude. I can understand being busy and making mistakes, but the rudeness of the server was uncalled for.

Had our company Holiday outing here. The food was good, the service was attentive, the atmosphere was fun but you could still hear you conversation.
This place was great! The food is amazing as well as the service, loved the service! Atmosphere Is nice color all around

Pizza was good back in the day garbage now ingredients are not fresh pizza comes cold way overpriced 45 bucks for extra large pizza when you can spend 10 bucks on a DiGiorno save your money beware do not go to this place

Ive been coming here for years with my family & now I can officially say it has turned into a horrible place it should really be shut down after this past saturday night clearly they cant control a “nightclub” environment Ive never seen a huge police response to any bar/restaurant in elgin not even afterset next to them that closes at 4am clearly this place dosent have the experience or security to keep this place calm they need the help of all 3rd shift EPD not to mention their drinks are horribly made they really need new bartenders that really know what they are doing

We had Santa Claus deliver pizza to our house. This is really a wonderful idea for small children. Santa Claus was true to life… Very kind and patient and our children loved it!
Heat was not on everyone was eating with there jackets on also the waitress forgot to put out order in so we waited even longer for our food

The place is freezing cold ... service is slow ... also i was told i could NOT order an extra large pizza cuz there where only 3 of us .... my order was given to another table then had to wait an extra 30 mins wearing our full winter gear gloves scarfs and winter coats ... very poor service very rude ... i advise EVERY1 do NOT visit go to CPA

Pizza is a hit and miss (the cook) it's a little dry all the time. the Italian sausage is okay the pepperoni is good and salty. The crust is great not paper thin cut jut right love it. Try it out it's not really expensive not cheap but not expensive.

They were way under prepared for a popular band tonight. Our waitress told us it was her first night. It was only her and two others working a full floor. My pizza got comped because it took more than 10 minutes past the rest of the table. It came out in correctly anyway. We were hoping for a fun night out.

Had such high hopes for this place with all the reviews. We went during the day. Only one person working besides the cook. Took forever to get our food, the women’s bathroom was gross, and the server seemed overwhelmed, we had to ask repeatedly for things. Maybe placing a pick up order would be a better option as we had no problem with how our food tasted
