ANDREW has incredible customer service, we were in town for a family event and placed an order to pickup in our way back to the hotel. We got to our hotel and realized our pizzas must have been switched by accident (we ordered a large regular crust just cheese, and got a pan crust with mushrooms)
Out of curiosity we called to ask if we could pay a delivery fee to have our original pizza brought to us, but the hotel we stayed at was outside their delivery area. Andrew put us on hold for a moment, and when he came back on the line he offered to deliver it as long as we were okay waiting a bit. We did not want to make him go outside his delivery area so we instead asked if it would be easier to refund the difference between a large and a medium. He said the system wouldn’t let him refund such a small amount, and offered again to deliver to us, or to give us a credit to the store. We declined bc 2 of us are here from Florida, and the other two from Wisconsin.
Andrew was SO pleasant and SO apologetic, but we told him not to worry, we were going to eat the mushroom pizza, and we told him to keep being so good and kind.
Andrew later texted us and said he had refunded the entire order—he did NOT have to do that AT ALL, we enjoyed the pizza we got, and we really were not that pressed or bothered about the situation, but Andrew still went way way WAY above and beyond.
