Rich rich, expensive expensive expensive, compared to prices in the little town and north of Chicago. Food, delicious DF style seasoning. Expensive prices compared to La Villita and North Chicago, for Elgin the price is almost double. They treat you like you are at home and even helped me arrange an Uber to take me further away from Elgin. What good service, respectfully.

Food was absolutely fresh and delicious. Fast and friendly service along with a beautiful vibe. I saw such a great mix of people come in to dine or carry out. A lot were familiar with the staff and all full of smiles. Which can only mean this place is a great staple in the community. Only thing I wish was that it were closer to my house! I was heading north to check out a job and I was lucky to find this place passing through. I will most definitely be back and recommend to everyone....

My chorizo y huevos torta was most excellent, and huge! I ate half for lunch and the rest for dinner. The Tamarind drink, made in house, was so delicious, with spices on the rim of the glass, I wanted to buy a gallon jug of it. The music was a little loud for me, but that's just me.
I (obvious to them) was unfamiliar with almost everything I was looking at; the printed menu is in Spanish and English and everyone was very helpful and patient. They let me try a sample...
