Manager brings the donuts in his car GROSS!!! Never open on time. You might sit at the drive thru until you fall asleep before they ask for you order if there is anyone in there.. The manager has absolutely no customer service friendlyness and acts like you’re hassling him to get your food. Sandwiches are under cooked, bacon basically raw. Every time I give the place 1 more chance.. I regret it.

I came in today, ordered my coffee, and sat at a table to use my laptop for a few minutes before leaving. Unfortunately, the AC kept blasting higher and higher until the area became uncomfortably, almost unbearably cold. This felt very unprofessional, as if the intention was to make customers not want to stay.

I’m sorry if this is very rude but every time I decide to come to this location I get my order taken by an older Indian gentleman and 100 percent of the time he gets my order wrong. Just went inside this morning hoping someone else would be working up front but it was him. Asked for a simple cookie dough iced coffee just like it’s advertised on the menu. I got some kind of frozen drink that resembles nothing I ordered. No whip cream or toppings, it’s not even a coffee it’s some frozen version of it. I personally don’t get how someone is allowed to be that bad at their job and still be able to have one.

Just had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin on Summit in Elgin. We stood at the counter for a long time and not a single employee acknowledged us—not even a simple “hi.” The lack of basic courtesy was enough for us to just walk out. Do better.

This is my favorite dunkin in all of elgin. Every dunkin i go to, i get the same iced coffee and a different result everytime. this location always makes my coffee perfect. they are always so friendly, fast, and never get my order wrong

This location opted out of celebrating nurses week for 2025 with giving a free medium plain coffee to nurses.
I went here a day before the new year, it was to girls, that was rude, and barely greeting us, I kept asking for them to come by so I can tell them what I wanted and they acted really weird, and just had a off energy to them, I would never go back here, they need to work on themselves, and be more open to help when someone walk in, no racist, or discrimination is allowed!!!
