I went here a day before the new year, it was to girls, that was rude, and barely greeting us, I kept asking for them to come by so I can tell them what I wanted and they acted really weird, and just had a off energy to them, I would never go back here, they need to work on themselves, and be more open to help when someone walk in, no racist, or discrimination is allowed!!!

I ordered 20 min ahead of time before I came to pick up my order and when I got here i waited almost 30 min for my order I was told you go to the second window and waited even longer . I was super late to work because of this . I understand it might have been busy but after I was the last customer in line I still was waiting for so long. No point on ordering ahead of time to just pick up and go .

Food tasted gross. Kid didn't hear the whole order which made the order wrong ( I went inside and ordered) Assumed I wanted one item when I wanted a different item only thing that was worth it was the coffee. Smh makes sense why the rating on this store is so damn low smh

I’ve worked at Dunkin for over 6 years. I’ve never served a hot chai latte for a customer knowing the cup and milk is still cold. The guys had a second chance to make it and I asked politely. It’s still cold. I mean this is ridiculous.

Customer service is the worst. I'm not sure who is in charge of hiring all these high school kids but they definitely have an attitude. Some 16-year-old all girl yelled at me at the drive thru a few weeks ago. I canceled the order and went to the window to confront her. She was totally fine with me complaining to her manager and even provided her name. Well Lupe or what ever now you are famous Latino girl on the block. I would advise not to take a next job in the Customer service. You are not a good fit for this at all.
