I understand the negative reviews now. There’s a lady with glasses that works here and I told her I have a mobile order. I gave her the name and even showed her the mobile order on my phone which has the date, time, location, order number, and the order info. She didn’t give it to me. So I had to leave.
So if you order something and you want your order, don’t come to this location. She won’t give it to you.

Went to pick up a cake at 9pm and the store was closed I went into the drive thru and there was an automatic voice message pulled up to the window and it was empty the website and on the window said it closes at 10pm

Horrible. I went there for a milkshake and waited at the intercom for about 5-10 minutes. After I had ordered I waited at the window for another 10 minutes. One of the employees comes out with one of my milkshakes and disappears into the back with my debit card for another 5 minutes. Doing this at any other Baskin Robbins would have only taken 5 minutes in total. I looked inside and it was absolutely empty so it wasn't busy.

I stopped for a refreshing small vanilla shake. I placed an order in the drive through. I went to the window and was asked for $7.35 for the small shake. I asked the young man to check this price, as it cannot be correct. He said it was. I explained to him that this price for a small shake is twice the price of a Wendy’s small frosty, Dairy Queen small shake and McDonald’s small shakes. I asked him to relay this absurd price to management. I could tell by the blank look on his face it wasn’t going further. I refuse to patronize Baskin Robbins or its sister Dunkin Donuts store until they stop price gouging for basic treats.
