It just makes me mad that I order something 20 minutes prior before I go to work & they still can’t get it right I used to work at several Dunkin’s and I can’t even go back cause they always take me to the second window for 1 sandwich and they dont even get it right to the way I customize it on the app & make me wait some more before work lol

Its terrible now! This was my go to dunkin and its a crap show now. I ordered the new wicked matcha a large. I've had it 2 times so I know what it should taste like. I waited and was asked at the 2nd window did u need some thing else.... YEA MY DRINK!!! he rushed a drink over and it was half foam. Its just matcha.... even tho it says it has the other stuff in it, it def doesnt. But the issue is its half a drink. Im already on my train to work so i cant bring it back, but def disappointed again.
The drive up line is always insane now. And ive even gone inside. Its just as bad and no one is happy, no greets you, no one tells you the drink on the counter is yours. Its awkward.
I went in and payed 12 dollars for the new Dubai sundays and they gave it to me half empty I noticed they were low on the Dubai ice cream after I ordered they could have asked if we wanted any other kind of ice cream or something I mean 12 dollars for this is not worth it
