Its terrible now! This was my go to dunkin and its a crap show now. I ordered the new wicked matcha a large. I've had it 2 times so I know what it should taste like. I waited and was asked at the 2nd window did u need some thing else.... YEA MY DRINK!!! he rushed a drink over and it was half foam. Its just matcha.... even tho it says it has the other stuff in it, it def doesnt. But the issue is its half a drink. Im already on my train to work so i cant bring it back, but def disappointed again.
The drive up line is always insane now. And ive even gone inside. Its just as bad and no one is happy, no greets you, no one tells you the drink on the counter is yours. Its awkward.
Get it together. It used to be an awesome dunkin.

I went in and payed 12 dollars for the new Dubai sundays and they gave it to me half empty I noticed they were low on the Dubai ice cream after I ordered they could have asked if we wanted any other kind of ice cream or something I mean 12 dollars for this is not worth it

Paid extra for almond milk, they barley put any, asked for more and they still were being cheap. Dont charge extra for almond milk if you are gonna skimp out on it

This is the Dunkin' I have been going for a while and I love it. I always stop by before I head to the Metra for school and even when I don't have school I still make effort to stop by because they treat me so well. One employee Irma always treats me very nicely and with respect and she always knows my order by memory. Best Dunkin' in Elgin!

Not pleased with Jasmines service. This was on Saturday at 9:43pm. She was very disrespectful to me and my fiance and I even told her that as she told us to hurry up with our order. She also slammed the window in our face. Please hire people with proper customer service. There was no long line and even if there was that service is not acceptable. I hope you have a discussion and write her up or do something because she needs to understand the way she treats her customers matter!
