Oh My God. I think it's unfortunate that only the people with bad experiences write reviews. I think... Rather, I KNOW that this Dunkin' Donuts is AWESOME!! Fast friendly service every time I've been there. I go almost everyday of the week and if I didn't like it, I wouldn't go. Look, coffee is coffee and donuts are donuts, I go here for the service. The store is clean in a very untidy part of Elgin and that says a lot in itself. Love you Dunkin' Donuts, don't change a thing. See you soon :-)

I went in and ordered 2 iced coffees, the Cinnamon Vanilla and The DunKings coffee. The lady misheard me and gave me a regular iced for the Dunking despite having emphasized the KING part. The cinnamon Vanilla tasted burnt and watery. I also ordered toasted bagels and they are barely toasted and cold. I always have problems with the people who work the evening shift, they always mess up my order. The people who work weekend are great.

I went in there for two BC doughnuts which they didin't have she didin't tell me till after I paid. which after I asked if I could get something in place cause she didn't have any of the Boston Cream doughnuts she told me no sorry my boss is not here? What you messed up an order make it right.Would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone!

I’m so overly tired of the people employed in the morning here. Every time I come around 9-11 am it’s the same crew and they always mess up on my coffee on top of that when ever I order something else that’s not correct and I tell them instead of them fixing it , they won’t correct it. I didn’t know it’s such an inconvenience to make the same doughnuts that you make all day if I’m willing to wait for them. Deserves no stars only employee that goes above and beyond with great customer service is the over night guy.
If you have the App, you can get more great eats with your delicious coffee, but always affordable without it as well.

Maria the manager needs to be fire and replaced with someone who knows how to talk to people not make them leave. She talked to me like I was her neglected hated child. Maybe she’s projecting but there was no reason to treat me like I don’t know when I order coffee everyday. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED I WILL COMPLAIN EVERYDAY TO CORPORATE TO GET ACTION TAKEN. Dunking just lost a customer and everyone is les I’ll be able to tell this to. She doesn’t deserve a job that speaks to people have her clean the toilets or make donuts but even then she deserves to be fired.
