Never again going here horrible service I ask for caramel on my cappuccino manager complains about it I offer to pay extra he refuse to add it telling me to get out his store and take my business somewhere else calling me “blacky” while I walk out the store. never felt so disrespected.

I came to this Dunkin for a simple* order and was met with a very unprofessional, poorly trained (if at all) young man who severely struggled to take my order of two coffees and two food items. I asked about the ingredients of one item, and he literally told me “I don’t know”, and then proceeded to leave an entire coffee OFF my order. Then, I had to wait an excessive amount of time for the few items I ordered, only to find out my coffee was missing. I politely let the manger know of the issue, and she proceeded to become hostile and argumentative with me and insisted I pay the $3 for a simple black coffee and wait additional time, which would not have been necessary, had my order been correct the first time. This is NOT the way to run a business, and I can see why they’re always hiring for new staff. The entire interaction was less than awful, and I definitely will not be returning to this location. Do better.

This isn't my closest Dunkin Donuts but I normally stop here anytime I have to be in Elgin in the morning. I didn't have the same experiences other reviews say they had. The drive thru line was always empty and my order was always taken immediately. I've never had an order messed up and have always been greeted by a polite employee.

Absolutely the worst. 10 minutes waiting for a single sandwich. My coffee was disgusting and foamy. The girl taking the orders is the most impolite person “hi” is how I was greeted at the drive thru. And then pretty most thrown my card. I was politely handed my bag at the second window and upon saying thank you had the window shut before I barely hand my hand out the window.

First time going here sister ordered a couple things then I asked can I get an ice cold water? They’re like we charge I said how much they $1.09 very rude. They don’t say nothing the one across the street from the casino. They are very, very friendly.. Will not return back to this one owners need to be aware I just noticed all the reviews most of them have one star I should’ve known

Went in to use the restroom after purchasing food and coffee earlier in the morning. Staff was rude and unprofessional and assumed I wasn’t a customer, and denied me access. They didn’t even ask me if I had purchased anything earlier. I used to be a regular patron. Now I will not be going in any more. The staff was impersonal and lacked conversation skills. It’s obvious why they have such a low rating.
Worst customer service!!! the guy at the window and the Carly girl have both the worst manners, this kind of places where people go to have a boost in their day for a simple coffee and donut, should be more careful on picking up employees, they have no idea how to treat customers!!!

09/18 @ 3pm They were playing music like they were in a party. It was super loud for a coffee shop. I had to ask them nicely to please lower it down since we couldn’t even talk while drinking our coffees.
The 2 cashiers work and have so much fun at the same time, laughing so loud, yelling, etc. Playing their favorite songs and singing them loudly was disturbing.
Female bathroom was dirty and the main area was well kept. I will not come back to this location.
