If I could give this 0 stars, I would… this dunkin completely sucks. I’ve walked in like 50 times and been completely ignored. Not sure if it’s because of how I look or stuff but they don’t even welcome you or anything. Today was my birthday wanted to get a treat. The lady was rude. We had to have a customer say “are you going to help us?” This place is terrible lmao would recommend any other dunkin. Dunkin just hires anyone… We’ve had the same problem every time I’ve been there. Once I walked out and went to another dunkin.. sad

Espresso was Burnt, Guy taking orders was incredibly rude, didn't have the seasonal donuts at 8 am. Second time at this location and it was just as disappointing if not worse than the first time. Guy with glasses a beard and the tan White Sox Hat is most likely the owner or Manager and welp he's the problem.

I ordered a Wicked Matcha drink and it wasn’t even filled, which already made it seem like no care was put into it. The drive-thru worker was rude, and they didn’t have the items I originally wanted. To make things worse, the other worker didn’t say a single word — no hello, no thank you, nothing. They just handed me the food with a mean, unfriendly expression. The whole experience felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly really disappointing.

Terrible service here and employees need some attitude checks don't work in customer service if you can't have a decent attitude. Had my mom pick up a drink for me and a young women was working very rude like us paying customers are a bother and gets upset because she has to do a actual job. Doesn't take alot to not be rude and that's coming from someone who works in the customer service industry. Do better Dunkin!
I am editing my review because for the third time going to this location, my order has been wrong. I dont know who is reading the tickets when making food but they need to go a little slower and read what the ticket says because there is a clear difference between a BcnEggChz and a SsgEggChz and I am not a fan of bacon.

Asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso it really tasted like water with sugar, very very sweet. My co worker got the same thing everything the same and hers was very bitter. The manager there is the tall guy with glasses he has very horrible customer service he literally gets into it with people at the drive thru window you would think he was reasonable since he is the “manager” definitely skipping this place from now on & ill make sure I let people know this is a horrible place with horrible customer service. Save your money this place is not worth it.
