I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered a regular coffee with cream and a hot chocolate. The coffee was great—smooth and just the right balance of flavor. The hot chocolate was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still drinkable. The shop was spotless, and the service was prompt with minimal wait time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. “Hot” beverages were barely luke warm each time I ordered….ruins the whole drink on a cold winter day:( I ordered a large box of Munchkins and got only three kinds. Went back to get some variety and was told no jelly or powdered sugar Munchkins ever. Only three. Poor management they just seem not to care. Other locations are much better…

Absolutely horrible, the staff couldn’t care less you even exist…. Staff will just walk around with eyes down for fear of having to talk to someone or do something related to their jobs. Orders will just sit and then they are surprised, You’re there!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

I just came from dunkin on larkin ave in elgin and this is the third time my sandwich has not been tested fully and the cheese is ice cold like it was just slapped on the sandwich instead of being melted with it and I do have pics I don't ever do this posing stuff but this has happened to many times I don't snap on them. I just go home and redo it but I shouldn't have to that's the whole point of paying

50/50 if your orders right also can't tell who's actually working here because nobody has a DD uniform.. 7/21 noon. Edit : it sucks also when they throw the donut in a bag frosting down and it all sticks to the bag.
1/4 of my orders here come out wrong. It’s closest spot for my work lunch coffee pick up, so I reluctantly go. When I ask for sugar, there’s no sugar. If I ask for almond milk, I get regular milk. The grilled cheese comes out half uncooked. Not sure why there are consistently so many mistakes. It’s such a prime location and they definitely need to work on food quality control.

I purchased a turkey, egg, and cheese McMuffin with a cup of water. I had to pay for the water which was fine then I had to pay for one pack of jelly to go with my sandwich. That’s ridiculous. In the girl they had an attitude I would never go back to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever they’re so petty not giving you condiments for free. I ask for a full refund.
