Every time i come here the food is NEVER DONE! it’s always cold! I come to get hot breakfast not COLD! Called the manager and she had a nasty attitude and told me they use a certain setting for the food which i understand but if i’m complaining telling you every time i come and i come OFTEN that my food is never done it should tell you something! This place is trash and she did not try to accommodate anything! Going to report this place to the higher up!

they refused me and said they were not doing food at this time, THERE WAS NO ONE IN LINE BESIDES ME. I have gone here without problem and usually like the service they are generally very nice but today the lady at the window gave attitude and didn’t even let me finish speaking when she told me they were not serving food which i found weird because they have served me food before at a later time.

I worked here and the manager was horrible and she slows down her employees,I remember the hole staff would work perfectly until she came and slowed everyone’s work she would get in your way take items from your hand and she wouldn’t respect us as her employees please fix!!!!

I would leave NO STARS!! I use to come to this Dunkin back in December of 2022 and everything was great. Lately their coffee is so watered down. I paid for an espresso shot in 2 iced coffees and paid for a double shot on the side bc it was so watery I come back 10 minutes later to request another to make my coffee somewhat good I was told the espresso machine was down all day and I was given black coffee but charged for espresso. DO NOT COME TO THIS DD the one on national is way better. I will call corporate since I was declined a refund. Worse customer service young adults working for just a check versus customer service smh

I’m very angry with a brace face lady that got transferred from the Algonquin Dunkin because of her bad attitude and now she’s here in Elgin! Very rude and she acted like if I didn’t understand about the code in the app when I literally didn’t understand her because of her heavy accent!
