A SEVICE FEE TO REMOVE ICE FROM YOUR DRINK!! Yes, YOU have to PAY them to remove ice from YOUR drink lemonade. This is highway robbery!
Not only does ice water down your drink, it tricks you into thinking there’s more drink when it starts to melt, and since ice takes up room in your cup, restaurants add it to avoid giving you more product. Literally anywhere else won’t throw a fit if you request no ice.
But here, they wanted me pay them to remove the ice. With sales tax, I would have paid about $11 for a $8 drink.
And the real kicker, that service fee to remove the ice; it’s roughly the price of how much the ice cost to make per cup (the water & electric bill).
BUT THATS NOT ALL
When I told them I didn’t want the drink and pulled up to pay for my food, the manger was basically hiding in the drive thru window and avoiding looking at me. Barely wanted to give me the receipt, trying to quickly get me out the line. Only one person was behind me, and that was after I was at the pick up window.
TL;DR If you get a drink, and you don’t want the ice, they will charge you to remove the ice. Or they will charge your more for something you don’t want. Because they want to charge you full price for less than half the product.

The first time I went to buy you a Blessed cappuccino I went at 9:30 and they told me that they couldn't sell it to me because there was half an hour left. Today I went again at 8:30 and they told me that they no longer had it because by that time they already had They couldn't sell... the first time it was understandable but the second time I went an hour and a half before they closed

The rest room was very nasty I was in a rush when I got in there and had to hold it and find somewhere else it was piss and you can guess what else all over the toilet don't make no sense that early in the the day 5am today should be clean I don't get it

We walked in and there were people in front of us which is totally fine. An employee walked over looked at her register and then just kept going. Didn’t apologize or say sorry we are a little behind I’ll be right with you. We just left because they hadn’t even helped the people in front of us.

I rarely go to Dunkin anymore as the price of a latte is $7 but I decided to splurge because I love their pumpkin. They forgot my muffin and as I’m a third into my coffee I see something floating on the side of the cup and it’s a bug. How does a bug get into coffee was it in your ingredients? I doubt it flew in there but I am so sad and disgusted because that’s $7 and I drank it with a bug in it. I will never be back. Do better Dunkin.

I noticed a gnat floating in not 1, but two, of my “blueberry donut” coffees over the course of last month. I then switched to the cold brew at which point I once again found another gnat. I THEN switched to macchiatos as they are made to order however, my fiancé found yet another gnat dead in between the lid and his cup this AM in his latte. I’m convinced there has to be gnats all over this place! Absolutely disgusting, how has no one complained about this? Totally unacceptable. I get coffees from there nearly every morning - will never buy from there again.

The older Indian gentleman was unprofessional, rude, and unhygienic (those long nails need to be cut). He should not be working in any retail environment. He repeatedly made mistakes with my order (about 10 times) and unfairly blamed his American coworkers, speaking to them very disrespectfully. Make sure to tell him you want egg and cheese only not bacon, egg, and cheese he will automatically add bacon… coffee size changed and cup of water by you have to pay for it ?♂️? He one times gives me other people orders and it was early morning so I didn’t even notice till I’m in highway ?️
