This place advertises a dozen donuts for $14.99 and charges a dollar extra. It's obviously an issue to have explicit signage and not abiding by that. I'll save that dollar and betraying my principles by going to any of the other 1000 Dunkins, next time.

This is the closest location to me and I stop there Friday and Saturday nights before work. The females that work in the evening have the absolute worst attitudes, the worst customer service, and water down my iced coffee every single time. If you don’t have enough to make my drink, then let me know and I won’t get it. I have made complaints to the store, I have made complaints through corporate and nothing ever changes. I gave the atmosphere two stars because it looks clean from the outside, but they lock their doors at 9 o’clock when they close at 10 so I can’t even go inside to see the atmosphere.

I pulled up to the speaker box and a guy greeted us and asked what we wanted. I got through half the order and a different guy randomly greeted us and asked what we wanted… I ordered two coffees with cream, a Boston crème and a crueler donut. The coffees are burning hot (bc they are burned from being old) and smell like that weird almost cigarette like smell. Crueler was fine. I didn’t get a Boston crème though. I got a chocolate glazed donut (I think that’s what it is?). So irritating.

very bad service was waiting for more than 5 mins at the window and no one came so i can pay and they kept walking past the window ignoring me will never be going back to this location horrible service !

I just went to get a drink. Hot vanilla chai latte… by the way is expensive. Anyway, the drink they gave me it was almost empty. I went back inside so they can give me a full cup and they refuse to fill my cup, they said it would be an extra charge. I’m already paying $4.78 for a small hot drink, and they wanted me to pay if I wanted a full cup. I’ll leave a picture of how full my drink was when they gave it to me. (Probably the angle doesn’t really show it, but it’s a small cup, part of it is just foam, and liquid was less than half)

These people scan their rewards on customer's money. It happened right in front of me, I had to ask why is he scanning his reward and he is acting like customer doesnt know whats going on. This is horrible place.
