I stop by almost every day I bought every time one deal$6.99 and the sale person specially young girl is very rude and she don’t speak English well. Everytime my order is wrong . Today she refused me to serve that’s very unbelievably. So I am requesting to owner to take care this matter. Very bad customers service not recommended.

Had placed an order via the kiosk and they took forever on my order. I had cancelled the order and asked for a refund and somehow it was my fault for not waiting longer. I have placed a former complaint with HQ at Dunkin to express the mismanagement of this franchised.

I see a few flying around but this is such good service and employees. I went to this other location and it takes 30 minutes to get my order and when I do half my items are missing but this location is THE BEST. The employees are so kind and always greet me very politely unlike one other location on route 20 which has very slow and rude employees. This location is very quick and has great service I LOVE IT

I’ve gone to this dunkin 3 times now and each time i’ve always had issues. They need to hire some new people, my drinks always tasted weird from there even though i order the same thing each time, overall i’m not going to be going to this dunkin anymore.

Wow—$24 for 12 donuts and 10 donut holes? Unfortunately, they’re just not what they used to be. The donut holes were tiny, and overall the quality has gone downhill.
The staff and service were great—no complaints there—but the price is outrageous for what you get.
Sadly, this will be my last visit.

Ordered a mobile order to pick up. Waited around a bit. Incorrectly made, no apologies made and laughed amongst themselves. OK, no biggie, ordered a bagel while waiting, made incorrectly again. Maybe pay attention to detail and quit joking around? Worst DD in the area.

I had great customer service with TONISHA she also made my turkey croissant with cheese and when I use to get them they either over cooked or the bread hard but Ms TONISHA got me hooked back on them this Dunkin forever got my money as long as she is there
