Great service, but the tater tots are always super soggy. Rarely do we get them nice and crispy. The bacon is sinfully delicious, and we love the special occasion/seasonal donuts and coffee flavors!!!

Worst customer service EVER, I’m right next door working so i tend to go for ice or a treat, 1st they make the drinks overly sweet with extra pumps of anything and make the drinks sweet, the refreshers are SOOOO SO sweet and they get mad when I ask for less of the sweet juice (which is the normal amount), when I go in to order they never want to attend anyone at the register and they always ask us to order from the kiosk when all I want is ice and when I get a hold of a worker they just look and walk away even when they aren’t busy. I’m normally not one to complain because I can understand if a worker is having a bad day but this is their constant attitude and i figured I’d let anyone know about it.

Horrible experience. Complete wrong order. I placed multiple add ons to my order that made it come out to 22$ and they gave me an order that would roughly come out to 15$. Also they seemed to give very little care about the mistake and seemed annoyed when I confronted them. Horrible experience from a company I frequently go to. Will be switching to Einstein bagels for good after today. Order = 4474. Meat was wrong. Bread was wrong. EVERYTHING WAS WRONG BUT THEY SENT IT OUT TO SEE IT I NOTICED.

Today around 3 p.m this very sweet young Indian girl with brown eyes took my order. When I tell you that her service was out of this world I mean it. I felt welcomed and my order was made quickly!!! Service had done a 180 lately 7/28

Horrible drive up service! I would give zero stars if I could. Only two Indian women working the morning rush. Long lines in the morning that don’t move to get a cup of coffee. Many times the person taking the order doesn’t understand. Doughnut looked terrible.
