This was a few years ago... My review Used to be 5 stars; the staff was friendly and attentive and always greeting everyone, with your correct order! Operative word WAS! Unfortunately now I feel I have to change my five stars to three or one, because this morning I went through the drive-thru and a young girl with blue stsr stickers on her face decided to roll her eyes at me, after I asked her for two straws and some napkins because one of the drinks was spilling all over outside of the lid. Once we received our three drinks we sat there a few minutes, for her to come back to the window and ask if we were done or if there was anything else, for me to remind her that we had Donuts to pick up, of which she did not give us what we ordered. Her explanation was that they didn't have any of those cause it was late in the morning. Knowing the manager myself, who is always nice, I'll make time to come by and mention this in person.

My mom and brother went there earlier today and were treated horribly. My brother has Down Syndrome. My mom said that the employees were pointing at him and laughing. The way the employees at this location treat their customers is disgusting.

Just went through the drive-thru of this Dunkin' and got two bagels and coffees. The guy on the headset was awesome!!! Thank you so much for making my day with your positive and awesome attitude. We need more who are this happy and polite. Also, the bagels and coffee were perfect.
Don’t go here for any hand crafted coffees. They make the latte or cappuccino at lukewarm warm temperatures that babies drink. The quality of what you get is always a hit or miss. It is like drinking a coffee 2 hours after making it. Spend few more minutes and go to dunkin on Randal road instead of wasting money.

I have to agree with most of these reviews. The guy with acne and color in his hair couldn’t be more miserable working. Terrible customer service and has attitude. Not to mention he forgot my 2 hash browns, and made 1 of the 2 coffees wrong. Been here 3x, and left disappointed each and every time. Guess imma sucker for pain 😣

I wish I could give no star rating. This place is bullshit. This is my second experience and these people don’t even know the meaning of hot latte. It was just plain milk at room temperature with the vanilla syrup. God knows if they added that also. We order egg and cheese croissants and bacon and egg and cheese on everything bagel also. They were cold, the cheese didn’t even melt. It was just horrible ruined our perfect morning. Previously I remember when I ordered the same hot latte with vanilla they gave me milk just regular milk. I had to go to the drive through again and they didn’t even make another one. They just added espresso shots and vanilla to the same room temperature milk.
