OMG love it here! Many Dunkin locations have changed the way they do their iced coffees and are inconsistent with there flavors but not this place. They hit the spot!! It brought me back to when I would get the coffees when I was in HS. I’ve gotten the $6 meal deal with the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Delicious! 😋

This was a few years ago... My review Used to be 5 stars; the staff was friendly and attentive and always greeting everyone, with your correct order! Operative word WAS! Unfortunately now I feel I have to change my five stars to three or one, because this morning I went through the drive-thru and a young girl with blue stsr stickers on her face decided to roll her eyes at me, after I asked her for two straws and some napkins because one of the drinks was spilling all over outside of the lid. Once we received our three drinks we sat there a few minutes, for her to come back to the window and ask if we were done or if there was anything else, for me to remind her that we had Donuts to pick up, of which she did not give us what we ordered. Her explanation was that they didn't have any of those cause it was late in the morning. Knowing the manager myself, who is always nice, I'll make time to come by and mention this in person.
My mom and brother went there earlier today and were treated horribly. My brother has Down Syndrome. My mom said that the employees were pointing at him and laughing. The way the employees at this location treat their customers is disgusting.

Just went through the drive-thru of this Dunkin' and got two bagels and coffees. The guy on the headset was awesome!!! Thank you so much for making my day with your positive and awesome attitude. We need more who are this happy and polite. Also, the bagels and coffee were perfect.

Don’t go here for any hand crafted coffees. They make the latte or cappuccino at lukewarm warm temperatures that babies drink. The quality of what you get is always a hit or miss. It is like drinking a coffee 2 hours after making it. Spend few more minutes and go to dunkin on Randal road instead of wasting money.
