Just went through the drive-thru of this Dunkin' and got two bagels and coffees. The guy on the headset was awesome!!! Thank you so much for making my day with your positive and awesome attitude. We need more who are this happy and polite. Also, the bagels and coffee were perfect.
I've had mixed experiences here. Sometimes the workers can be a bit rude. They've been cold or have made weird comments to my friends. Other times the workers are great and so is the service. Wouldn't be my go to Dunkin'
I asked if my drink could be remade and Gavin did not hesitate. He was kind and professional. I live closer to another DD but I drove the extra mile for the great service, thank you Gavin! Your professional and great customer service is what sets you apart from the rest.
