This place use to feel like home. The new menu is crap. Staff retention must be an issue all the servers that are amazing are now gone. I’m not sure how but it has lost its charm. 0/10 👎👎👎 Do Better or you might as well give it away for free

Not sure what happened to menu all the food was changed not same anymore. Seems to be bad management. And most definitely losing Josh the server wasn't good either won't be returning here.

We come to half price Mondays a lot, and we are never disappointed! I love how their chicken sandwiches come half price too on Mondays! Such good food.

The server was on a cell phone while delivering our way over priced dry boring food, over cooked burger that looked like some one sat on. cheap wine at $12.50 a glass. Never again im out folks...

Best burgers in town. Nothing fancy atmosphere wise but service is solid and pleasant and they can deal with gluten and dairy allergies. Pickles are dope, side salads are fresh and crispy. Would love to see a different reposado like casa noble or casamigos added to the bar but that’s just being picky.

They've really gone downhill. Took away the buffet during covid, brought back a third of what it was and leaves much to be desired. Either bring back the whole thing, or don't bother. Bartender was friendly enough, but was talking so much with others that he never took played away, and when done with drinks, he never asked if we'd like another. Will take a lot for me to go back, and new owner will have work cut out to improve where the business is now.

Quad burger was probably the best burger I’ve had in elgin. Goat cheese made it perfect. Ordered the bacon and egger and b&b burger and they were excellent as well. 10/10 food
Could have GREAT burgers, just seems they lack attention to detail, timing of food, temp, service that kind of thing. Seems the locals distract the staff most of my visits, witch, i do appreciate, if you don't want to expand client base. I will still go when close, and looking for a decent burger, i just have to not expect the milkshake with it.

True classic atmosphere that can't be reproduced. The staff is always attentive, polite, and prompt. The menu is full of options and variations that all sound so good it's difficult to choose. The daily specials are a real value! Monday's Burger/Chicken sandwich deal is so good and priced competively with a fast food restaurant.

First time here and it did not disappoint! The burger are out of this world with a rich meaty flavor. An abundance of side choices from fries to mashed potatoes to cheese curds. Get there on a Monday and all burgers are half price!!!
