Man used to love this place and recommended them to everyone . Prices and quality and serving was not fair and not good like before . Come in Ken the owner step it up and go back to quality food like before ! Definitely not worth it ! Definitely won’t recommend and we all going else where .

Don’t know what’s worse…the food or the customer service. Our food was awful. The noodles were gelatinous. We called three times regarding a coupon and had no resolution other than being told that there was a coupon applied that we had no control over. It was our first and last visit to this establishment. Normally we have leftovers from a Chinese restaurant for two to three meals but we just threw everything away because nobody would even eat anything that was left.

This place is awesome to the GRUBHUB workers!! It’s super hot out and they gave my boyfriend some cold water, that to me is very nice and caring because at the end they are also working for them delivering to their customers!!! I will say not many restaurants are this considerate. I know because I go with him quite frequently!

Fortune House has always had subpar food but their prices were low and they had decent portions. The food was decent but nothing to get excited about.
They have raised their prices a lot and the food quality has gone down substantially. The sad part is, if you order from Ubereats or Doordash, you can see that they are just charging anything they can. The price is exactly the same price for a lot of things, not according to what the food is. Which means, they are essentially overcharging for the vast majority of food. Just scroll through the menu and look at the prices and you'll see what I mean.
I think they are taking advantage of the good reviews they got a 2-3 ago and before. Unfortunately, it's common for multiple businesses. If you look at the recent reviews, they'd probably be 2 stars or lower.
Until they lower their prices and raise food quality again, I'd avoid this place. They are obviously greedy and don't care about quality of food or their customers that kept them in business and rated highly previously.
Raising prices A LOT and giving you garbage food is their true thanks to you.

My meal had obviously been sitting for hours. I have never had rice that I could not chew. I don't know if they stage the meals and wait for you to order or if someone had not picked up this order. The best thing about my meal was the soda.
