This food is some of the best I've tasted around here. The portions are huge, the egg rolls are perfect and the service is EXCELLENT! We used to use several other spots in the area for Chinese food but we have all but forgotten about them. GREAT JOB FORTUNE HOUSE!

Every time I've ordered from here my order was cold and flavorless the beef was so rough and the sauce was some kind of brown sauce on ? was disgusting like what was left for the rest of the night cause they gave me a lot will not order from here again and my delivery guy didn't bring my drinks we paid for. food here is below med 1 star

This place can be so hit or miss.I just ordered the calamari and it was overcooked, chewy, and stale. I ate one and felt how dry all the other ones were. So bad! It cooked to a point where there was no calamari meat.The lo mein I order had so much soy sauce that it was just salty. I had 2 bites. I thought maybe I just need to stir around to distribute. Nope it got worse. I ended up recooking the stir fry by adding water to dilute the saltiness and cabbag/carrots to absorb some of the salt.Should’ve been a simple lunch but turned into more work and asking for a refund from Uber eats.

My first time ordering. I don’t post a lot of reviews especially negative ones. Anyway… I ordered the sesame chicken dinner with fried rice and potstickers. I was not a fan. The fried rice tasted burnt, the sesame chicken was battered similar to sweet and sour which I guess is fine. I had it better from other places. Pot stickers were ok not a lot of flavor. Overall I didn’t finish it he meal and I ended up throwing it out which I never do. Kinda sad.

We always order for pick up, always quick (convenient) and it’s fresh and warm. People acting like gas hasn’t gone up so of course the prices will go up. Food is great, 1-10 times it’s okay. But they do forget our extra egg in the rice often haha, still good spot in my mind!

Do not order from here. Worst I ever had. I ordered Mongolian Beef. Gave me an entire white onion mixed in, no green onion. Horrible. My gf ordered broccoli and chicken. Worse than a Healthy Choice meal. She tossed it out. This isn't mediocre food. It's bad and doesn't follow the menu description.

Spent $60 and they forgot all 6 egg rolls in the order. The broccoli in both entrees was rock hard and disgusting. I emailed their customer service and never heard back so they obviously don’t care to stay in business. Will never go back, trash food and trash service.

This Elgin establishment is no longer fair! After ordering for 1yr plus and tip! Found out yesterday you have to order the Dinner Special now to get the fried rice or steamed only***! You won't get it with the larger orders or the lunch special at $13.95 like it states on their menu! The Dinner Specials are NOT on the listed menu or online at all! Watch out! Must be under new management and they like to rip people off! I even called to confirm and I didn't even get an apology for the miscommunication or the option to pay the difference and get the fried rice, nothing! Gotta say Dinner special, not what it states on their business menu or online and you can't fight it! I guess they don't care they loose money. I spent $30-$50 per order every 2 weeks! Taking my money to Wing Ho Chop Suey, they are super nice & get your money's worth and no rip offs, don't forget to tip!
