This restaurant is really turning down its warmth in every way. Today, 11/01/2025, I went to eat at 4:20pm, there was a person outside trying to open the door and it was closed. I approached because I saw two blinds inside and a sign that said we would be at 3pm, it was already 4:00: 20 a lady opened the door saying that the cashier had not arrived yet and that if she wanted to come in we went in and no one took our order. The cook told us that it was a total disaster that she was supposed to arriving at 12 pm and she couldn't see anything because there was no cashier, finally the cashier arrived and entered the kitchen saying that she had not managed to clean the night before and talking about her personal life after almost 15 minutes a girl came out saying that he couldn't serve us, that only to take out, that irresponsible person, I didn't even come out to apologize, a girl told him that since the son was in charge, there was a lack of control in the restaurant, also the weather was extremely cold like a freezer We will never return to that place, if they cannot take care of the business, they should remove it from social networks so that it is not announced that there will be at a certain time and when you get there there is a sign with another time and then you arrive discussing all your personal matters and that They didn't clean the kitchen the night before so they aren't cleaning as it should be but for the tip if they are ready they charge it on the receipt we never go back to that place again except because we realized that they don't clean the kitchen kitchen

I bought a fish ceviche and it was more onion than fish. I was very upset because I called them and they didn't even care but I'm not going to buy from there anymore. The food is cheap and for them to not do something right for you is not fair.

We ordered 2 appetizers and only got one appetizer. Everyone got the entrées except for me, so she must of looked at her order pad and saw she didn't order 2nd appetizer and still didn't get it right because I got a kids meal. She brought the kids meal to meal, and I said I didn't order this. So she asked what did I order and went over to the register to oder my entrée. I got up and told her to forget it I no longer wanted anything. She never apologized for her mistake and never came back to the table. Another server finished us up. Plus, it was hot in the restaurant. You can feel the cool air in the bathroom but not in the dining room.

It was the 1st and last time going to this place, then upon entering there was no announcement that you had to wait for a table or just take a table, we sat at a dirty table because there was no clean one, we waited 15 minutes and no one He didn't even come close to cleaning the table or asking us anything, we were 2 people and we were completely ignored by the waiters and staff of that place, in the end maybe it was better since probably the food cooked in such a disgustingly dirty place would not have been good decision, worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant.

i just purchased two molcajetes de “mariscos” but i received in stead fake food.when i read the menu on line it read that it has crab legs octopuses, shrimp among other see food, but No crab legs, half the plate was just shredded Surimi or an imitation of crab legs that it’s unhealthy and cheap made.it’s like eating a hotdog (no offense to the people who eat hotdogs) the point is that if i want to order surimi then i would do that and not called it see food!
Food was ok. Service was poor. There were only 2 tables and they didn’t go to check on us. Pretty disappointed. Service charge was included, which sucks bc they never checked on us. Oh well first time and last time going there.

This place was a favorite hang out spot for many many years, now seems desolate and the personal working there are rude beyond comprehension. I was disgusted this last time I step foot there. Just to reassure that this place was amazing before now seems like new ownership can’t even take a simple order. Order a small dish to see what I mean … don’t waste your money on a large order like I did .
