Business is closed on a Tuesday at 1:50 it super crazy he claims it’s open when it’s hasn’t been opened the past two days unacceptable

Be careful, the menu said the total would be $28 and it was $42. I was shown the menu where it said prices subject to change. 50% increase from the original price. Wow. Never in my life will I come back to this place.

The food wasn’t so good and the lady was throwing stuff around and when I ask for something to put my food she told me to grab it and I think she should be the one who gives me that also the bathroom where nasty and lady who I think cooks the food was delivering the food and her Apron was dirty

I waited 45 minutes because they said my card did not have money in the account, even though the same thing happened to other people next to me. I double checked with my bank and used the same card on my phone and it worked immediately.
I do not think this is the way to treat customers. The situation could have been handled differently or at least customers could be treated better when they are trying to support your business repeatedly.
As a manager myself, we always try to work something out with the customer because we want them to come back. I do not see the point in arguing with them, especially since this was already our second time giving this place another chance. We came back because the food is good, but service also matters.
Telling a customer “then do not come back” is not professional. A good restaurant should have professionalism, good customer service, and quality.
Maybe you do not care based on other reviews, but at least this will help others know what to expect before coming here and having a bad experience.

The food was ok but the lady take the order angry and we was eating and the ret of the food never come when I ask to here she tell me they don’t make after 20 minutes

This place is legit. My husband and I got arepas and cachapas and all of it was excellent. It's an hour from my house but I will make the trip gladly to go back.

The worst Venezuelan Food you’ll ever find, horrible customer service, excessive prices, terrible quality. Don’t go there, save your time and money, they don’t even know how to make an empanada.

Food is alright you can tell when the food is fresh & those empanadas were not. Super expensive they even charge you to eat inside the restaurant besides that i went to wash my hands inside the bathroom & the water pressure was too low I checked under the sink & the valves were almost closed

I ordered delivery twice! It is SO good! Everyone complains about the price this and the price that. When you go out to eat prepare to spend money. I will spend my money on this authentic delish food. The empanadas has a flavor profile that hits home to my island of puerto rico. One day I will step into the restaurant to get a feel of the customer service they provide. Until then, “Thank you for my husbands and I delicious dinner tonight!”

I think the manager served me, as soon as I arrived I asked for the menu, after 10 seconds he asked me what I was going to order, I told him to give me a moment, after 30 seconds he told me again, he really has no tact for service and it's bad face and invasive and somewhat rude, the girl does serve very well but that guy does not give a good impression for the business
