The only thing better than the food is the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Very relaxing environment. 5 stars. This place is a hidden gem.

Food was good, sadly the experience was ruined when I caught the bus boy picking his nose twice WHILE I WAS EATING.A GROWN MAN! he kept bringing things to customers table. Not once stepping back to wash his hands. The state is barely starting to open and he does that? that is disgusting and unsanitary. HE learned nothing out of the whole pandemic. our bowls we're still full. we ordered Extra protein. Couldn't even bring ourselves to take it home cause he helped the waitress bring our food. it was my bfs first time trying pho and he had a horrible experience. we paid and left.DON'T EAT HERE.BEING SANITARY IS NOT A PRIORITY IN THIS BUSINESS.

I'm from California moved to Illinois and searched for Pho near me. To my surprise it's really good broth is very tasty. Not bad for a first time will definitely come back!

They don't know the meaning of customer service. I order the spicy beef noodle soup to go, by phone. The guy that took my order was extremely rude! He said I can pick my order in 2 minutes (I was near the place) they took 15 minutes to give it to me. Finally, took my food home just to realize it was frozen and didn't had a good flavor. Very disappointing! If there was a 0 star option, I would definitely had done it.

The food is so fresh and delicious. The server isn't very personal but this place is the best and I love the pho and spring rolls!
Fried shrimp rice it's okay, the menu doesn't look very interesting, probably because I'm not used to vietnamese cuisine but if you're from vietnam you might like it. Service isn't good, they kinda yell at you a little bit and one of the waiters threw the menu at me, and rushed everything. My humble opinion though.

It was my first time trying the chicken pho and it was delicious and reasonably priced. Portion size was good and service was good as well. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

One of the most horrible customer service. I wish there is a space for negative star my wife walks in asks for if you offer lunch specials the guy tells her that we are not Chinese we are Vietnamese. Well she never asked that question by saying that you are implying that you are superior to Chinese.Then she orders food she leaves the store reaches home which is 30 minutes down the road to realize that the food is missing. She calls the store and the guy rather than offering an apology tells her to come back to pick the food or come back to refund the money. So now she has to drive all the way back just for a refund. I called the manager and he is saying that he can’t refund the money as she he needs customer present well sir are you gonna pay for the gas or time that she is gonna use just to drive back for the missing food. All you have to do is issue a refund from your processor but you know that it will be hard for people to comeback just for the money. Well sir I am gonna report you
