Been here twice. dull atmosphere, every one behind the counter are just fulfilling orders. No one greets you upon entering, as if you’re an inconvenience. It’s not that complicated, Hello sir welcome to JJ what can I get started for you, beautiful day outside, etc,etc. wearing hair nets wouldn’t be a bad idea either, and don’t touch your ears. I ate my sandwich but I didn’t enjoy it.

I’ve had three consecutive orders go wrong at this location. They’ve repeatedly put turkey ham instead of regular ham, given me Little John bread but charged for a regular-sized sandwich, and the staff is clearly understaffed. The staff is nice and friendly, but they definitely seem like they haven’t been properly trained. As a result, it takes far too long to get a simple sandwich.

Service in this place was terrible.
Usually great.Walked in and ordered1 sandwich.Guy took my order and that was it.Stood there while the 2 people behind counter just continued bs ing.
Waited 2 mins. before they even started my sandwich.Too busy talking about video gaming and getting fd up after work.On top of that got sandwich home it had no oil and vinegar.REALLY?This place needs some management!!!

The Uber driver sends me a text that she is 10 minutes away, be ready to greet her at the door. That thief must have a great time eating my sandwich and drinking my coke because she never showed up. I called the store to complain and they hung up on me.

This location gets things wrong very often. Tonight I ordered my sandwich without mayo. The receipt said no mayo but the sandwich was slathered in it. when I called about it, I was told they couldn't deliver another sandwich as they had no drivers anymore. They did offer a refund but no apologies and hung up on me. They are so rude and have no customer service skills.

Ya know I am not one to complain but this place is ridiculous. A few weeks back I ordered a sandwich for delivery to work. It took a very long time and when I checked the tracker it said it was delivered...call the store and was told its out for delivery and they would call and find out where she was and gave me a $10 credit. Ok fine, today I call for my credit and to have a sandwich delivered to work.....AGAIN it takes forever. Then I see I have a missed call from the driver. She didn't have the suite number and states she tried going into offices and asking but noone knew me........ours is the very first door in the building and there are only 4 offices so she did not ask anyone and at this point she was 8 minutes from her next delivery so I had to wait even longer......I got my sandwich over an hour after I ordered it and it was soggy and warm so thanks so much for the freaky turtle speed service.

I order on doordash after 20 minutes of waiting they call me and tell me they don't have a driver, my food is ready but they don't have anyone to take it. Then they bring up picking it up. I cave cuz I got to feed my kid and it's already ready so I say yeah I'll come, but you got to re-ring me up because I don't want to pay doordashes extra fees if I'm going to be there myself to get it.
They didn't understand so they put a manager on. I explained to this lady what I just told the other employee, that I want to be re-rung up because I don't want to pay the doordash fees cuz it would be an extra 10 to $20. That I would come and pick it up that's fine, I was told once again the food would sit ready. Me and my kid farted around the house for about 5 minutes and then we left, another 5 driving. When I arrived there was a man in front of me also for a pickup and another order being worked on.
I was addressed by the manager at the cash register. She said can I help you and I said I just talked to you on the phone about an order for pickup. She said okay they're working on it now. I was a little irritated but I bit my tongue. I stood off to the side while they worked on the one ladies order, and then another man's order. All working on the one last order before me they made a mistake with the lady before them and everybody had a good laugh behind the counter. The entire time I watched the manager so one tray with bread dough to go in the oven and another 10 minutes standing socializing and not working, talking to the working employees who are trying not to talk because they were working. Finally after what seemed like forever, one of the employees came up to the register and said are you waiting for something and I said yeah I had an order for pickup, he looked confused, and was looking for a ticket, the manager then said he's here for a chicken Caesar, at which point I said no that is not my order. I also stated that I came here you stood there for 10 minutes talking you didn't even know who I was or what order I had because you didn't ask me when I told you I was there for a pickup. I had forgotten to mention the fact that they had already told me that the food was made twice.
100% a joke. If that's the kind of manager they hire, I can't believe they have business.
Will not be back.
The manager is supposed to call doordash on Monday because they wouldn't cancel our orders on doordash and doordash makes them do it not us at that phase. I will be quite shocked if I don't get charged that $40 something.
Considering she didn't even know who I was after ten minutes had gone by.

Made an online order for 2 meals. Didn't deliver chips for either meal or cookie. Called and had to repeat ourselves 3 times that we didnt get 2 chips and a cookie. Came back 45 minutes later and still forgot a bag of chips.
