Would not return to this location! Went here on 11/26 at 5:30 and ordered two subs. Specifically asked for one sub to be toasted but it wasn’t. The bread was so hard and gross, I did not enjoy my $37 meal at all!! Waste of money and bad quality food. Find a different location or different sub place!

Apparently it's okay to be talking into an earpiece while you're at work. Why'd it take the girl 15 minutes to make 2 of the same sandwiches incorrectly when I was the only person in the place? Guess I'm done with Jimmy John's. Tried a different location yesterday and they made the sandwich wrong then too. Does avocado not go on the beach club anymore? Is the bread made a month in advance now to be so stale? Hard pass.

Walked in at 8:35 and the employees said they were closed. My group then said “no worries” and were on our way out… they then proceeded to laugh at us. Dude with the beard and ponytail pmo.

The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The food quality is always great and if they mess up an order are always willing to correct the issue. I always enjoy coming to this location.

my office is just next door of the best sandwich shop in the area, sort of like a oasis in the desert of food places, I always come in and people greet me with a smile and a warm hello, my choices are always the same, roast beef with lettuce tom and mayo with a touch of oil and vinegar, cheese of choice is pepper jack and a bag of the best chips I have ever had, Cici is very attentive and cordial, she always makes me chuckle about my boring choices and always suggest me new choices and selections from the menu, but I am a regular guy and my lunch is 30min so IN and OUT and on my way, I have seen people complain about the food but I have never had a complaint. Overall I think is a great place to have a quick meal and a satisfied experience.

It was 8:30 is and I picked up the order it was a Vito and my girlfriend call back because the sandwich had mayo on it when it’s not to have that this is not the first time this has happened 3rd time this has happened and she called back to tell her that it was made wrong and has a attitude towards her about it being wrong. Asked to speak with manager and also had attitude. About the situation. They need to fix this location of close it. I don’t sand for fumes up food three times in a room.

Ordered delivery with xtra hot peppers and sandwich came with TWO slices of peppers.
Called and told them they said too bad, you can come and get peppers if you want.
Easy way to lose someone’s business.

Nicolai rudely informed the whole store he would not be preparing my order because I did not leave a tip on the card. Not only that but he made his co-worker un-assign the order from him and made him do it. This was a super uncomfortable experience as there were other customers in the facility and I felt singled out. Tip or no tip this was uncalled for.

At 8:00 PM, I placed an order for toasted subs, items that are currently being heavily promoted on your website. At 8:15 PM, I received a call informing me that the toaster was turned off for the night.

I find this unacceptable for the following reasons:

* **Misleading Promotion:** Your website prominently advertises toasted subs, yet the option was unavailable an hour before closing. This is misleading and frustrating.
* **Poor Timing:** If there is a cut-off time for toasted subs, this should be clearly stated on your website and/or when ordering.
* **Unsatisfactory Customer Service:** The manager I spoke with was exceptionally rude and offered no helpful solutions. Their dismissive attitude was unprofessional and further compounded my disappointment.

I expect a company that promotes specific products to make them available during advertised business hours. Furthermore, I expect to be treated with respect by your staff.

I request that you address this issue promptly and take steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I would appreciate a response outlining how you intend to rectify this situation.
