Best jimmy johns location I've ever been to! Not only was the food fresh and made perfectly (always expect quality and consistency) the inside was SPOTLESS! So clean and welcoming. The employees greeted you as soon as you open the door and you definitely get your food FREAKY FAST! The manager even came over and asked us how the food tasted! Top notch service, fantastic food. Stopped at this location over black friday and will definitely be coming back!

I got the beach club. The bread was so stale that it was crumbling. There was no mayo or avocado on the sandwich. They did apologize and refund.

Joined the app about a month ago, but been a fan for awhile. Today I received a text about a deal on delivery - never done with them, so I thought heck, I'll do it. Ordered my food with instructions about sending a text a a Pic when it arrived.
Customized my free sandwiches (because I had rewards) left a nice tip because my order was basically free. My order was placed at 12:21 as per my receipt and my text with Pic came in at 12:42 as per my phone. See the lusciousness below!

I'm sorry but this is not ok the food ratings are going down for this location. I have been here 2 xs this month 1st they messed up my order and offered to replace it with a free sub. Went today to give them another chance because we all make mistakes and also purchased 2 additional sandwiches. So 😢 sad photo should be enough to see what I'm speaking about will not be returning to , my favorite location not due to customer service but poor quality on an already over priced sandwich. Also i asked for no cucumber and here it is a few cucumbers one layer of Turkey 😩 sorry but it doesn't even look edible 😕 I'm super 😢

I come all the way from the east side of Elgin to this location because Mike is very professional and great attitude! Above friendly service, clean restaurant. It seems to me he is a great leader! He definitely has the values to be one if he’s already not one. Jimmy John’s is way way better than any other sandwich shops in my opinion. Thanks Mike and team!!

I don’t think it was a manager because I couldn’t imagine someone like that could be promoted but the blonde girl in there needs to find a job where she doesn’t interact with people. Never thought I would refund a sandwich because of a worker.
