I don’t write reviews but I just had the worst possible customer service. I don’t think it was a manager because I couldn’t imagine someone like that could be promoted but the blonde girl in there needs to find a job where she doesn’t interact with people. Never thought I would refund a sandwich because of a worker.

Ugh... Operating a sandwich shop that is controlled by a corporate office shouldn't be this difficult or different from other locations. Apps are used and orders are customized the same/equal way. Jimmy John's main slogan is "freaky fast delivery", but yet this location and many others in my "high populated area" don't have drivers scheduled to make deliveries. So, i tried to order through DoorDash... My order was cancelled and told that JJ drivers are still the ones who make the deliveries, NOT DOORDASH! What manager doesn't schedule a driver for a establishment that's "MAIN" advertisement is delivery "so freaky fast, you'll freak" without drivers scheduled !?!? Then have your company/location on a food delivery app THAT DOESNT USE THE APPS DRIVERS WHEN YOU DONT SCHEDULE YOUR OWN!?!?!?

Ariana is an AWFUL manager. Very rude, no common sense, and no managing skills. Instead of speaking to her I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I found that information VERY hard to believe. I am absolutely appalled by the way she handles situations and whoever actually owns the store, GET A NEW MANAGER before you lose more business. I am never going back there because of Ariana.
