Food is good, not an issue. Don't be surprised if they forget items you order online for delivery and have to re-deliver the forgotten items. Not a big deal but when you're at work it's irritating when it's not the first time. And no compensation for the error, just an explanation that there are new employees.

I will never go to Jimmy Johns again! I called the Elgin location on Bushwood drive at 12:25 pm today to place an order for delivery. I told a woman my address three times, even spelled it, she kept getting it wrong. She asked if they have delivered to us before and I said yes. She then put a man on the phone who asked if he could help me. I told him that I thought that the woman I was just talking to was helping me. He told me that she couldn't figure out what I was saying....read full review
