I work right down the road from this location. We order for lunch regularly. They deliver our order to the wrong business more often than not, then when we call them about it they just pick it up and redeliver it, they don’t make it hot and fresh. Now today the order was incorrect as well, then didn’t answer the phone when we called to try and get it corrected. The food is fine, their service is awful.

I ordered from Jimmy John’s, but the third-party Uber delivery driver never delivered my order. I called the store, and they quickly helped me and made sure I received a fresh sandwich. I had already waited an hour for the Uber delivery, so I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were in fixing the situation. Great customer service!

Went in at 8:48pm, they had wrapped up and put away everything already. All meats, vegetable, sauces, spices, and put them fullyel away. They were annoyed I walked in. The guy reluctantly took my order and even though I was going to other 2 sandwiches, rang me up after 1 sandwich and went back to counting money. A lady that was sweeping, stopped and came over to make the sandwich without switching gloves. So straight from cleaning the floor to making my still recovering in the hospital wife's food with dirty gloves. They complained about pulling out each item to meant the sandwich and then when another couple showed 2 minutes later the employees were openly and loudly complaining about customers coming in.
I got my food and made it back to the hospital over 6 minutes away before the posted close time of this Jimmy John's. Awful time. The sandwich was also made poorly and had little ingredients on it even though I tipped 40%

Worst JJ in the nation!
Was in town for work, staying at a hotel nearby. Ordered a JJ for convenience and speed. Left a 25% tip mind you. . . An hour later (JJ is 1.5 miles away) the hotel front desk person is at my door handing me my sandwich. The lazy delivery driver couldn't walk 80 feet to my hotel door, they just dumped it off at the front desk. Sandwich was soggy and very poorly made. No attention to detail.
Don't bother replying to my review JJ, I don't care for your crap response. You can live your life knowing you have the worst location in the nation.

Every single time this one older man thats a delivery driver delivers to me or even my co workers, he asked asks for a tip. I understand tipping delivery drivers, but what I cannot accept is asking for a tip. Tips are a customer curtosy. Either way I always tip, but that makes me not want to. Its extremely rude how he approaches it. After all the years ive worked in the resuraunt industry I have NEVER been asked for a tip like that. Not a good look man. I wont be ordering for delivery through a JJ driver anymore in Elgin. Nothing against the JJ food itself, just that driver is rediculous.
