Hope there were a no star review. I made an order for 113.00 today. I’ve been trying to contact them because when I got home they gave me all the chicken regular and it was half crispy and half regular. So the I left it like that since no one answered the phone. When my kids got home from work they started eating and found hair in the chicken. This is really disappointing and disgusting. I will not recommend this kfc ever. The fries looked and tasted like they were fried in 100 years old oil. Wish I haven’t got there in the first place. 113.00 dollars in the garbage.

Everytime I come here my order is wrong. I clearly say mac n cheese but will get Coleslaw. Shouldnt employ people to take orders who cannot speak english.

Second time in a row had to wait an forty minutes to an hour for an eight piece. Just to be told it has to be mixed and I can’t have all dark. I mean I get it if it’s busy or it’s right before closing but I usually come one to two hours BEFORE they close and there will be no line no people waiting but somehow the chicken place you know, known for the chicken doesn’t have chicken.. simply unacceptable and the employees genuinely do not give a damn they just talk behind the counter and they didn’t bring the food up to me after being finished (I had to wait in the parking lot) they just expected me to guess when it’s ready. at this point bulldoze the kfc and turn into a beef shack and i assure you they’d get the chicken faster this shit is unbelievable.

Oh and side note I worked at a kfc for about six/eight months maybe three to two years ago. It takes max twenty minutes to make the chicken and when you make the sides you’re supposed to fill them to the top.

Salty ,salty,salty. Gravy for mashed potatoes very salty. Crust on chicken very salty.
I believe KFC has smallest chicken compared to other chicken chains. Just not worth it.

I wondered why a drive-thru at a KFC would be empty during dinner time. I wish I had read the reviews for this location. I ordered and was charged for a four-piece chicken combo meal, no special instructions, and I got three pieces of all dark meat.
Whoever was working at 6:30 p.m. on 9/10/25 needs to be retrained.
But at least the biscuit was hot, fresh, and tasty! 😋

This isn’t just about one bad night — it’s about the pattern.

I’ve been to this KFC more than once, and every time, it’s the same rundown:
• Long waits
• Missing items
• Staff that couldn’t care less
• Zero accountability

On July 1st, I placed a mobile order (Ticket #2077) around 9:08 PM. I ordered a Tender Big Box meal. They told me I couldn’t get fries because “they stopped making them early”… yet the mobile app still let me choose them.

I waited over 32 minutes for the food, and when I finally got it? No sauces. No apology. No urgency.

And let’s be clear: this wasn’t a one-time fluke. This is how this location runs. I’ve seen it before, and I’ve given them chances to do better. They don’t.

I even reached out to corporate — nothing. Total silence, unless you go digging through backdoor email addresses like I had to.

I’m a Google Local Guide. I give honest reviews. I try to support places, even when they slip. But this? This is beyond slipping — this is falling flat and refusing to get back up.

Don’t waste your time or your money here. This location needs serious management change or it’s gonna keep circling the same drain.

It is too hot here and an unbreathable and awful place to take kids to eat because it is so hit inside, and they have their bathrooms locked.
