I placed an order at 3 pm for pickup at 4 pm. I arrive at 4 and no one comes to the accountant to ask anything. 417 An employee comes in for his shift and asks me. They give me my order at 420pm aaah they didn't give me my soda

**DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DOING TAKE OUT & TRIPLE CHECKING YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE** This has to be the 5th or 6th time that me & my family has ordered from here and it’s ALWAYS something missing. ALWAYS. And if it’s not that, Your food would just be wrong. Sauce options shouldn’t even be on the app if they not being put in the bag. At that point, You just robbing ppl. Ordered a chicken sandwich, Pot pie, Mac & cheese, Cranberry Mountain Dew, And Cranberry Tea. Also 2 ranch sauces. Ended up with a famous bowl instead of a pot pie, No sauces, And TWO cranberry Mountain Dews. If you don’t know how to read the screens then just say that man. Smh. Pathetic.

Me and my dad went there to get chicken one teenage boy and girl was being soo rude at us they never told us have good day or have good night nothing of that, teenage girl told us what do you want for order I said chicken she said which one I told her give me a minute a make quick call to tell my family what they want, then I talk teenage girl hello and then she scream at me saying WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ORDER!!!!!, I was so mad, she didn’t hear us and my dad told her wow you guys don’t hear nothing or what and then teenage girl she calm down saying what you want to order then, I told her what I want she told me wait to the parking lot I said ok, I told teenager girl co worker I’m sorry about what happened she just give me dirty look she left me, when teenage co worker boy, like no good workers there, like I said food is really really good but workers are the problem.
On Sunday 25,2024 i was trying to call to place an order, dialed like 5 times,. no one answered. So i went on line to order but could not find the amount i wanted. So i decided to go to the store on my way to work. I got there at 9:20pm, asked them for my order, and the lady that answered said she had no more chicken. It was 9:20pm. And she had 1 hour left for closing time. According to open hours,it was opened till 10:30pm. Can’t believe they didn’t want to sell anymore. NO GOOD SERVICE

I wish I would’ve saw the reviews before I tried this location. The chicken was not good and the coleslaw was so dry. I always eat Kentucky fried chicken and love the coleslaw but this location is the worst. And I never do reviews.
