Service was surprisingly very fast and the food was good. By fast, I was in and out in about 2-3 minutes. Maybe an oddity, but I'll take it.

The place was so dirty because the windows had bird poop stains and garbage on and tables dirty. They need clean more often and this place needs some new furniture because in the back section the booths paint completely gone. Food was good tho

Almost perfect! We had to stop in cuz the KFC near us closed last year. We got two sandwiches that we ate there and the 16-pc bucket deluxe to go. It would have been perfect but they forgot our 8 biscuits.

Bad service in this branch, how is it possible that one wants to eat in their establishment and they say in their schedule that they close at 10.30 pm and it is 9 and the door is locked and this has happened to me twice in that same branch. I will no longer go to eat there. It is bad service, no matter how delicious their chicken is, they are running to their customers who want to eat in their establishment, how bad that is.
Ordered on the app for delivery. Chicken was cold and dried out. Tried contacting someone thru the app and app kept telling me an agents were available. I tried multiple times but gave up. Ended up throwing the food in the trash. Won’t be ordering from there again.

The food and service was really good! We will definitely eat here again. A lot of KFC locations have sadly gone downhill in recent years, but this one blew us away in comparison! Very friendly staff and nicely decorated.

I was in your franchise on Wednesday 27th of November 2024 at 10:30am.I wanted to order chicken without the side dish. Manager Teresa told me I could not order Chicken wings that way. However, two days prior I had order that way and two days prior to that my wife order wings the same way. This Manager was mean and condescending. Manager Teresa needs more training in customer service or let go altogether. I went to the Kentucky fried chicken on Dundee and Summit in Elgin Illinois, these employees was GREAT!! I WILL never come to your place again and I will tell all my friends and family THE SAME. BAD MANAGER 👎 PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
