Completely disappointed I’ll never ever order to this store again

They lied about the what they charge you and send what ever they want not what the customer wants

The prices of this location are absurdly high.This one was only filled half way so not even a scoop! Please be fair with pricing and serving sizes!!!

Worst Michoacána I have ever been too the service was terrible attitude all the way ask for a little extra chili powder the girl gave me attitude rolled her eyes and said it was gonna be extra… the yogurt was not good it tasted rancid like it was in the fridge for way too long I will not step foot in that place again l!! That girl should get fired!!! Too many bad reviews about her already and she hasn’t gotten fired!!

The truth is very expensive, the corn looked like atol, it had no cheese, no chili. The Cheetos with cheese, they added a little bit of cheese and how expensive they are. And I wanted to use the bathroom and they told me I couldn't. I don't recommend it at all.

I have been coming here almost regularly since last year. It seems as though the middle aged, short employee does not want to properly do her job. There have been multiple times where I order my Red Bull Preparado and elote with a younger lady, and as well as another lady with black curly hair in the early afternoons, they always make the order the same way and correctly by Asking me which flavor I would like my Red Bull preparado. Including little pieces of mango.
I went this evening and the short middle aged employee that works evenings made my drink wrong, and when I told her how it’s usually made, she says I was wrong and that the store has never made the Red Bulls the way I had mentioned that the First Ladies do. And that they have never put little mango pieces in the beverages and that all of the Red Bull preparados are an “orange” flavor. She became frustrated with us and began to gaslight. She also filled under half of my elote en vaso, most of it with juice. It isn’t the first time she shows signs of not wanting to do her job properly, when I had gone a few months back, I chose some items on the menu in which she replied that those menu items are discontinued and they don’t make them ever again. Yet I have had friends who go in the early afternoons to order the same items recently and all of a sudden it’s available? Long story short, terrible service. But props to the morning/early afternoon ladies.

Really and truly a waste of your money did not even get the avocado I PAID extra for. $54 later and it was beyond underwhelming. Do yourself a favor and go to the michoacana on liberty street you will not regret it.

High price for very little portions and when you want to add a scoop of something they charge for that as well don’t think I’ll be coming back I highly wouldn’t recommend coming here

THE ATTENTION THAT AN OLD WOMAN WITH LONG AND CURLY BLACK HAIR GIVES IS TOTAL GARBAGE, they should fire such a piece of trash that they have working there, I don't understand why in public service they put the most rude and obstinate old women in the country of Mexico MY GOD WHAT THE MOST UNBEARABLE MEXICAN WOMEN, THEY TREAT the people who go to buy at their store very badly.

Excellent place! The place is very clean, the lady and the service are friendly. Very delicious snacks! Definitely one of the best Michoacánas
