First time and last time I am ever coming here. Was literally going to charge me for dividing cheese and butter in the middle of my cup. I have always asked for them to do this when I’ve gone to other locations so I didn’t make a mess mixing it up and I have never been charged. Obviously, this place must be hurting and based off of their reviews, I can see why. You’re going to charge somebody more for the same amount of cheese and butter? Absolutely ridiculous.

I just went with my family for the first time and it was a terrible experience. The lady that helped us was very rude and wanted to charge us for extra forks or an empty plate to split the banana split between the kids. She got several of our orders wrong. We also had to ask multiple times just to get napkins. Not only that, she never once smiled and only glared. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Pick a different location.

What a disappointment. Very bad service from the person who serves... I bought a mangonada and some ice cream and they were all melted, no wonder the place was completely alone, due to the poor quality of the products, I will definitely not return to that place. As a suggestion, they should take into account customer comments.

It's good that this type of advertising exists for good and bad businesses, as for what they sell, the yogurt is not thick, it has very little flavor (they will add water to render it) the fruit pieces are the size of a sushi, so You can't give it to children because they choke, they pour the granola as if they were counting each grain, as for ice cream (snow), the glass is half empty and if you tell the girl who serves, she gets upset and adds a half spoonful to to hide, plus if you ask her about something she acts like she doesn't understand or says that they don't do that there. They will definitely never become Michoacana primium because of the quality and the bad service, but especially the worst service in all the Michoacanas I have been to (I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE DUE TO ITS BAD ATTENTION) luck!!! I won't give them even one star. I hope they take into account that they are an ice cream food place and are characterized by their good service. BYE

Terrible service I went in to shop, I had some napkins in my hand and I threw them in the trash can right there when I finished ordering the same employee said that the trash can was only for throwing away the trash of what you bought there, not for trash. what you brought from outside but he made sure to tell me when he had ordered ?
