On one occasion the order did not arrive complete, on another occasion it never arrived and they canceled my order, and the last time we went to pick up at the branch and we spent 40 minutes only for them to finally tell us that they had not processed our order, and that If we wanted we could wait another hour...disappointing!

The food is great but the last time I got the deep dish it was a lot small. It's like they skimped on the everything. The Summit location is dirty. The windows outside needed washing and the inside needs a mopping bad, like with bleach. I ordered online but staff is generally helpful.
