I was very surprised to learn that Little Caesars doesn’t offer Parmesan cheese or pepper flakes with their pizzas. This is the first pizza place I’ve ever been to that doesn’t provide those basic condiments. I even offered to pay for them, but was told they don’t have any in stock. For a pizza restaurant, that was quite disappointing and unexpected.

On one occasion the order did not arrive complete, on another occasion it never arrived and they canceled my order, and the last time we went to pick up at the branch and we spent 40 minutes only for them to finally tell us that they had not processed our order, and that If we wanted we could wait another hour...disappointing!

Order the pizzas online through the app. Came to the restaurant to pick them up and they're still not ready. Why have the portal if orders aren't being met on time. Unbelievable ?. I even gave them more time than what the app suggested.
It's Little Caesars.......we will not be getting the crazy bread again. Detroit style is the way to go!
