It took forever to give us the pizza and crazy bread. We placed the order there, asked for slices-and-stick and a crazy bread. The food was made and they put it in their warmer. I saw other people getting their orders and asked if ours was ready. They just didn’t give it to us and had us waiting while the food got cold. We asked for extra cheese on the crazy bread and they barely put any. They gave us an old bag that was cold. See picture. We won’t be back.

Took 2 hours for them to make 2 small, horribly cut, pizzas with a side of wings. You’re better off making the drive to any other pizza place and getting your pizza faster at better quality.

This place is horrendous you need to fire the manager who was responsible for tonight 10/11/25 - I waited for an hour after it said my order was ready. Complete chaos inside no one was checking to see who is store waiting. You had ppl cutting in line and getting angry. Literally have some signage maybe? Pickup/Paid - Order/Pay - very simple fix. You're gona have a riot one your hands in that place the way its being run. Absolutely absurd got pizza it was cold and over cooked. Never going here again better off getting literally anything else on the planet besides pizza from little caesars.

Wait time has always been horrid at this location. Waited at least an hour and ten minutes last visit and wait time currently 20 minutes and havent reached the counter yet.
Wait will be longer if they are out of pizzas by the time i order.
Edit 10/4/25 Above was from 8 years ago and actually got worse. Do not come to this location on the weekend after a certain time. Your wait time will be 1hr+ past scheduled time. It will climb higher if people get crazy and start cutting/pushing through the line. Today it was 2hrs 15min. There is no organization.
But if you show up on a weekday it's like a whole different place and food is great and on time.
Do not order from this location on the weekend evenings. You'll get a cold pizza with hardly any toppings (even if your ordered Extra most bestest) and cut mishapen. Possibly the worst LC consistently during that time. However if you order during the week day you'll get a hot fresh properly topped pizza. Somehow manages to be the worst and best LC just depending when you order.

On a busy day be prepared to wait 1-2 hours!! Even on a non busy day its a 30 minute wait. I dont know why they dont hire different workers or if its the management problem but its always been a super long wait and something is always a issue or forgotten with the order (sauce or drinks)The food comes out burnt!!. as you can see in the photo. I dont see this place running in the future with how bad it is now
