I’ve been living and ordering from this location in Elgin my whole life. Idk what happened to management in the last few years but it’s horrid. But they suck. I would suggest ordering from a farther location because you’ll have an easier time getting your food. Get more staff. Train them to handle your location. Stop putting your poor staff through the wringer because you want to do a shit job handling this location. Management is at fault and someone needs to talk to corporate.

Ordered multiple times from this place always giving it chances but never hits it. from Cold pizza to sloppy toppings and rude staff. and worst of all prioritizing Online orders and letting Walk ins wait. and even not letting them order after a certain amount of time this place needs help!

Worst place to order food from. No sauce but paid for extra. No pineapple but paid extra. Cheese in the bread stick not even melted. Brunt pizza. Even though we bought 4pizzas 2crazy breads and wings... so bad even the kids won't eat it glad I spent my money on this. Would not go here if someone else paid for it. And I think RYLEIGH from this location needs more training. Then when we called to get pur money back or bring the pizza in for a new one, got told that there was nothing they could do. We would have to go back tomorrow during work hours with the food to have them take care of it.

I'm only giving these 2 stars cause the food was alright. If we had another location close to us, we would order there. This place ALWAYS takes forever.
Placed an order at 4:55 pm, got the confirmation that it would be finished at 6:05 pm. Get there at 6:15 (always have given them extra time), and it isn't finished yet. After sitting in the car for 35 minutes, I went in.
The cashier was flustered/overwhelmed, and the other workers were just messing around in the back. The lobby was CROWDED, and people were upset. Almost witnessed an argument/fight while waiting. OVER PIZZA. Of course, everyone is upset and hungry, but jeez. We're all in the same boat, waiting for backed up orders. After waiting an additional 20 minutes inside, I finally received my order.
Obviously, this location is understaffed. They do not have good time management. The food came out okay. But honestly, saving a few bucks isn't worth an extra hour of waiting. Save yourself the hassle and go to another pizza place.

If I could leave negative stars for this location I would. Every time I order they mess up the order- this last time we waited 2 hours to be told our delivery was canceled because they gave my order to someone else. Their customer service is horrible to get a hold of and can’t do anything to fix the issues. We will never order delivery from this location again

A comedy of errors at this place. The number of screwed up orders, people waiting long past promised time, lack of apology for their ineptitude is inexcusable. The people working here don’t deserve their jobs.
