I have always been a huge fan of Lou Malnati’s. Last two times the butter crust hasn't tasted like a butter crust and for some reason the “Lou’s” taste and smell are not there. Wonder if the recipe has been changed. Disappointed again. That being said, the Elgin phone person was great and very helpful. The delivery, perfect.
