The crust is the reason we order Lou’s. Th crust was soggy and had no flavor. This was a very disappointing experience for Lou’s. We actually had to add slat. It was pretty bad.

Have ordered from here since they opened and wow the pizza is smaller and the 3 cheese bread is 1 peice of bread cut in 6 pieces sad gave them several chances to represent but so sad can't feed a family of 3 with a small deep dish and a 3 cheese bread and the 3rd is a toddler

Today we picked up a large deep dish pizza, unfortunately it was super soggy, the crust underneath was wet from the sauce, the crust was coming off the pizza. I believe the pizza wasn’t cooked long enough no idea what the issue was today
