I came to Mcdonald's at 5:20am to pick me up something for breakfast before I head to work. I ordered the buy 1 add 1 for a dollar when I got to work, I started eating my breakfast and to my surprise, the breakfast sandwich that I had ordered. Was hard as a brick The muffin was hard.I couldn't even eat it.I did not have time to go back up there, because at that point I was at work very disappointed in the food I tried calling multiple times no one picked up the phone went to voicemail. So I guess I have to head up there when I get off of work .

I came here late on a busy Saturday to get a quick bite, and unfortunately my order of nuggets were forgotten. I noticed this when I got home and knew it was an accident, so I called them and kindly brought this to the manager’s attention. I spoke with Tyrone, who was pleasant, helpful, and professional. My issue was resolved, and I very much appreciated the sincere effort to make things right. If more restaurants and places of business had this kind of great customer service, the world would be much better off. Keep it up!

We just moved to the area and in a span of a few months, every time we get McDonald’s from this location, every member of my family has gotten food poisoning. On multiple separate occasions of food poisoning. We will now be going to the McDonald’s further down the street near jewel because I’m tired of getting food poisoning.

Alway’s order from this McDonald’s. Im 17, work’s and right after work just wants to eat something fast n sleep. I ordered McDonald’s today and once i got my food, drink is half way, no ice on the drink and didn’t get a straw. Not only that but didn’t get my sauces i paid for. Food is cold. Disappointed.

I do like the food at this McDonald’s but the bad thing is the waiting time and I just went to this McDonald’s this past Sunday and nobody attended at the cashier nobody did and nobody took any orders at the front counter and I was so frustrated that I left and I had to go to another McDonald’s also they never attend me very well also the problem is the lack of parking space and also not only that but also this McDonald’s is a waste of time to be waiting in line also no drink dispenser and also I wound never go to that McDonald’s ever again who cares to go to this McDonald’s they never did well in the beginning before they had a different change to the whole place the change doesn’t make any difference the service is what matters most not the change that will fool people into thinking that they have such a good service it’s such a scam to fool people.
