I ordered on uber eats and they were taking over an hour to get my food worst mcdonalds in elgin hopefully this mcdonalds gets shutdown im gonna recommend so many people to never go to this place

Easily the worst McDonalds I've ever gone to. If you order a shake they will hand you a shake barely mixed, if you order an Iccee they will hand you one that looks like mostly syrup like it's normal. It's staffed by teenagers who will roll their eyes at you, lack any form of professionalism and clearly the manager doesn't care about quality or how their staff acts. If you order anything chicken related be prepared to wait over 20 minutes or MORE while a huge line piles up behind you. You will staff hanging out in the parking lot and run into the building when you go through the drive-thru. AVOID
This McDonald’s location is terrible. Every time I come here, the staff is rude and unprofessional. Once, I waited for an hour for my order because only one person was working while the others were running around, yelling, and playing instead of doing their jobs. The drive-thru was backed up with traffic. Today they even messed up my order and gave me old fries that seemed to be reused from someone else. The food is stale, and the service is awful. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They need to replace the staff or get a manager who knows how to run the restaurant properly.

This one girl in her teenage years was so rude slow and rolled her eyes at me i said thankyou and she ignored me and talked badly about me in front of the window as if i couldn’t hear her. around 11 she had highlighted hair and i hope she gets fired! Food was cold and stale and one of my chicken nuggets had no skin horrible service will never come back im pretty sure they even have roaches absolutely disgusting.
