Sad! The Bear Family will no longer be part of the McDonald's franchise after 58 YEARS!!!! They have made an impact on many lives with this being a 1st job for many! They will be missed and may they have a beautiful life.

I came in today and I order my chicken wrap made fresh rather then them listening to my orders I placed with the cashier (well done ) fries and chicken wrap and I waited a long time just for me to get an cold and not cooked so well chicken wrap I try eating it but the chicken was so weird and horrible I was upset that I payed for something that’s not gonna be made right or made how it should be made to enjoy the best McDonald. This place needs to do better honestly….

I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes to get a drive-through order during my lunch hour. When I see cars that are getting served after me and driving off, and I’m still waiting in the pick up area for A hamburger and two fries, I’ll drive the distance to go to another McDonald’s.

My family and I recently ordered breakfast from this place and they proceeded to put cheese on a sausage mcgriddle that I ordered. Every time I have gone to this location my order is either messed up or missing something. 🫠

Purchased a breakfast biscuit from here and I was blown away. It tasted homemade.....way different than the ' from a can' tasting biscuits Mc Donald's usually serves up. I'm not in the area often but when I am at breakfast time I will definitely partake in a biscuit or two from here.... now if all the other Mcdonalds would get on board!!

Did drive thru; not only was my order not given to the kitchen (and the window teller kept repeatedly asking if it was a mobile order. When I'd say no, it was the order I just placed, they'd ask again. Good thing I asked for my receipt) but when I got my order, 11 min later it had 3 things wrong Good grief.
This the worst McDonalds I’ve been too because they always refuse to give water to someone who doesn't even go to Larkin high school. I study at Elgin community college and go home to get food at McDonalds and come tired and thirsty for a water cup but they always refuse to give me water although other McDonald I’ve been too give me water without a problem I don’t see the problem if I’m buying something and I don’t do anything wrong but go there and eat and enjoy my food and the cashier here before have gave me water before so I don’t get why it’s such a big deal if water free! Honestly expect better from this place cause I work in fast food and never have a problem with a costumer asking for water it’s just water so I hope they see this and do better to be honest.

I come here to this location often but this time I come the lady behind the counter wants to have an attitude saying I have talked back and agrue about my food when I have never have. Instead I have always been kind to the workers here and staff because I have experience in fast food but the kind of customer service they offered me today was not so good expect better from the people who work here the guy who took my order was nice but the lady doesn’t have to be rude and make me wanna wait more extra just cause she feels like when all I have done is be thankful for the food. I’ve been to better McDonald locations who are kind and respectful to people not rude. By the way the person who was rude is Martha or siri but I will make my report cause that’s just mean.

We ordered breakfast on the app right before they stopped serving breakfast. The app allowed us to select breakfast items and then pay for them. When we got to the restaurant, they refused to make the order because it was now a few minutes after 11. We ordered and paid before 11 so there is no reason we shouldn’t have gotten our food. And of course they can never solve any issues at the restaurant for orders made on the app so now we have to deal with customer service at the corporate level to get our money back for food they had available, just decided not to make.

They say they're closed whenever they feel like it's more specific between 3-4am. Had called to make sure they were open minutes before arriving, said they're cash only and mobile orders thru the app, but as soon as I get there with my mobile order at the drive thru, they say they're closed. They always claim to have nothing but 3 items on the menu, too. They're so consistent with this as I can't get anything to eat around this time of night when they're the only thing open when im on lunch on night shift. The other nearby location is just as bad.
