I specifically asked for fresh everything and to add cheese to my McChicken and drove away got 10minutes away just to bite into my sandwich that was NOT FRESH or DID NOT have cheese as I requested. I had to get out in the pouring rain and wait to get another sandwich and when they brought it back it’s like they just threw cheese on a non fresh chicken patty. Then they took ut back because I. Priced it wasn’t fresh finally got an fresh sandwich. Then my fries got cold by that time and they did not have the curtesy to give me another fresh fry. They said they can’t after they’re the ones who messed up my order. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND no one to come to this location. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Hi, I feel really bad leaving this review, but I wanted to put this out there so maybe someone else would see it and save themselves the trouble of going inside this McDonald's. It's been several years since I went inside this McDonald's (usually drive thru for a drink or a quick burger) but last week on Friday I had time and thought instead of waiting in the very long and slow moving drive thru lines I'd just go in and eat inside. I parked and walked in. I was SHOCKED at how awful the inside of the McDonald's looks. All the beverage machines were gone, there is this tiny little counter, no decorations, it looks so BLAH inside. Also, it was PACKED with high school kids from across the street. There was no where to even sit and clearly most of them were not eating and were just there hanging out. Also, it would be nice if there were directions on how to order, can you order at the counter? Can you only order at the kiosk? What is going on? It was SO bad I turned around and walked out. I went to another McDonald's for a fish sandwich. I'm sure it's still owned by the Bear Family, so they still got my business but I would never go inside the Larkin location again. It felt very stark, cold and unwelcoming. It's a shame what it's like now. Awful. Maybe teens don't care but adults appreciate a friendly environment.

Came through the drive thru, the person on the speaker was taking my order and adding the wrong items onto the display screen. Had to repeat myself like 3 times. Then he was completely silent and I’m saying hello hello, and then he missed an order of my fries and they charged me again! Used the app to order quarter pounder and free chicken nuggets. The burger was the hottest sandwich I've ever received from any McDonald's and I consider it a big plus. The nuggets were fresh and hot too. Will visit again.

They will send you the wrong thing through Uber Eats and when you call them they’ll answer with an attitude, hang up in your face and won’t pick up once you call them back. They also smoke weed near the building so while you’re waiting for your McNuggets they are back there taking McPuffs of weed. I HATE this is the closest McDonald’s!

Daytime my orders are always correct. Problem is I mainly get food around 10. The late night manager is constantly messing things up. Ordered shakes the online app says its working. I pull up to be told I can't get a refund and I have to pick something else. This has happend multiple times at night. So I pay more for a shake but get a large dr pepper or a frappe ? not only that but after multiple times dealing with him. Now the last 3 times I've I order my plane cheese burgers. They always have onion on them. Idk if its backlash at me or what when he sees my name show up on the order.. we have been ripped off from shakes to BBQ sauce that I pay got but not being in the bag. Also there is no way to make a complaint in app about wrong orders to get money back. Or change if they don't have something.If you ask for BBQ at the window he says you have to pay .25 per. When I go during the day they ask "do you want any extra sauce" why is it hes charging when the daytime crew doesn't
OMG I can't believe it, a couple of dark-skinned children or young people had an accident in their backpack. They had a frappé and the manager came and insulted them and ran them away and aside, Yamo, the police later came and asked me where did they go and told them to other children who had 10 minutes to really leave because she is the owner or I can't believe it

I would give them 0 stars if that was available. Order last night from mobile app got there and they trying to give me cold food. When I say the store was empty so why I’m i getting cold food? Mobile orders should not be cooked until you pull up to the restaurant smh. Then I asked for hot food which is insane you shouldn’t have to ask that for fries and a burger. And mine you my burger is special order because I don’t want all the condiments on there. And the McFlurry was not working smh. So basically they gave me the same cold food back I told them I want fries out of the grease I guess I was asking for too much. How about I got a refund. And they all looking at me crazy because I want hot food I’m paying for. If you don’t want to work there find a new job but give the customer what they are paying for. I could have made better food at home and at least it would have been hot. I didn’t order a cold salad the nerves of these employees!!
