Yesterday, Thursday, February 6, 2025, I had a very frustrating experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a hamburger. After placing my order, I noticed that the line was very long and the cars weren’t moving. Since I was still in front of the speaker after a few minutes, I tried to order something else. I said "hello" to the speaker at least four times, but since there was no response, I waited until I got to the window.

Once at the window, I asked the employee to add an iced coffee to my order. When it was time to pay, it seemed like my code wasn’t working, so the employee asked me to wait a minute while the manager or the person in charge came. By that point, I had already been in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes. After the manager helped with my order, I was told to move to the next window.

At the next window, the employee handed me my hamburger. I asked if my iced coffee was included, and she said, "No, there’s no coffee." I asked if she could check, and she replied, "No, it wasn’t added." I said, "Okay, can you charge me for it now?" to which she responded, "No, you have to go back to the speaker and order it there."

I asked to speak with the manager. I tried to be as polite as possible, and the manager, whose name I don’t remember, told me, "No, sir, you have to go back to the speaker." I responded, "Really? I’ve been in the drive-thru for more than 10 minutes, and now you're asking me to get back in line?" She said, "Yes, the people behind you have also been waiting for 10 minutes." I replied, "I understand, but can I place my order and park in front while you bring it to me?" The manager said, "No, go to the speaker." I told her, "This is unacceptable," and she simply responded, "Go to the speaker."

I would like to speak with someone who can explain to me at what point McDonald's stopped being fast food. It took me 10 minutes to get a cheeseburger, and the attitude of your employees was arrogant. Thank you.

2 drive up lanes is what they show. ACTUALLY someone responding at 2nd lane is another story. 3 cars go by in lane 1 while I'm asking hello to no answer in other lane. Go inside unapologetic, you can wait to make an order. No thanks never again, I blame ownership top down, let the customer suffer for poor training and profit importance.

Online hours show 24 hours. Tried to go through the drive through at 3:30am and the employees said they don’t open until 4am. Super confusing.

I'm not sure what the issue is with the guy that is there at night. He seems to be the manager possibly. Bald head. Extremely rude and condescending. I literally had to drive to another mcdonalds and pay for another order of something because I was afraid he'd spit in my food after seemingly purposely messing up my order because he seemed put out I asked for a small modification on an item.... He's arrogant, unprofessional, and acts like he's put out by customers. I will NEVER return to this location based off the experience I had last night. Then when you write to corporate to complain I'm told to wait for the location owner to reach out. They never do. So neither owner nor corporation takes any responsibility for their absolutely horrendous employee and constant order mess ups... This establishment is God awful and should be at very least traded off to someone who can manage it properly... If not closed permanently. Good riddance

If you don't mind hair in ypur food it's fine. Came to this location for lunch and ordered an apple pie. The apple pie had a long black curly hair stuck to it🤮. I won't be back.

I swear to god this location has the hardest time fulfilling orders. Everytime I order there’s something missing or the quality of the food is bad. Cold fries that are quite obviously old and by hours. Either whole meals, parts of meals, the wrong drink. It never used to be this bad but whomever you’ve hired in the last year it’s been awful. Best time to go is late night after midnight. That’s the best team you’ve got there.

I made an order and it turned out that the French fries on top were good, but underneath there were some scraps and they were obviously old. I took the order with me. It's a shame they do this.

This location often doesn't have want you want to order, as simple as a milkshake or iced coffee. Different occasions they have forgotten to include chicken nuggets into a chicken nugget happy meal and the workers clearly don't care. Unfortunately, many fast food places are like this now.
