You can’t necessarily mess up an order, when there’s no rush. Max 1 customer behind us in the drive thru. Check your bags when you order! And check your burgers since they will not add what you asked for. It’s a mobile order, there shouldn’t be an issue since we didn’t order through the intercom. Disappointed

The manager gives a memorable experience and keeps all of the workers on it. There is a short girl that gave me the best customer service I could ask for. When they make a mistake they own it and make it better. I appreciate the hard working people at this restaurant.

I order for delivery. Saved my food from been delivered to the wrong place. Then realized they only put 3 out of the 4 McChickens from the chicken pack. Also they didnt give me my fries basket. I try calling them because that is almost $7 but no answer at all.... I feel robbed...

After a long drive back from the city, we decided to grab something quick and we're glad we did! Whoever took our order around 6:30pm was such a delight! Took his time with us, super friendly and repeated the order back to us. As we pulled up to the next window, the gentleman handed us our order and then our drink. It so happened that an old drink was in our cup holder, so the gentleman asked if he could throw it out for us. Wow service all around! Not only did these two young men make our day, they put big smiles on our faces. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication on this Sunday evening!

Started breakfast an hour early and refused to fulfill an uber order for a customer despite being made within the lunch hours. Pretended that they didntbrevieve any uber orders. Flat out lied to me.

I have given them multiple opportunities. I've been here three times for breakfast, and each time they didn't have orange juice. I've never been to a McDonald's that didn't offer orange juice.

I've been here a few times and haven't really had too many issues. Today, however, made no sense. I put in an order for a small black coffee through the app. I went inside thinking it would be faster than the drive thru. Only two people were ahead of me. I waited about ten minutes before realizing I wasn't getting service anytime soon and I'll take my chances with drive thru. I got to the intercom and told them my order number. They said they couldn't find it. I assured them it was ordered and showed in my screen and that I would show them at the widow. After about another five minutes or so I got to the first window. I explained the situation again and showed the guy working the window it was, in fact, in ordered. I told him it was just for a small black coffee and he told me to just go ahead and pull up. I got to the second window and had to explain it all over again to this kid, who the proceeded to two me he needed to talk to his manager about it after, once again, showing proof that the order has gone through. Once the manager gave the okay they had to make a fresh pot. While waiting I asked the kid for a small cup of ice. He looked at the machine for a few moments and told me he couldn't give me a cup of just ice only of cup of water with extra ice. At that point I had already been waiting nearly 30 minutes for this small black cup of coffee that I was over and just said fine, whatever. The manager overheard and got some ice from the cooler. Not even a couple feet from the other employee. So I have to ask... 30 minutes to get a small black cup of coffee. Can't figure out a simple cup of ice. What the hell kind of establishment do you run here?
