I I threw up after because it was so disgusting The floor was covered in roaches and fries and different foods there was weird liquids all over the floor and they forgot to give me my socks in my grinch meal and they gave me pickles when I put no pickles on the app and it took them over 30 or 40 minutes to give us our food it was very cold do not come here

I will drive more than 20 min away to go to a different McDonald’s before I go to this one. This location has been extremely disappointing on multiple occasions. The staff is rude, and have absolutely no customer service skills. They will mess up your order every time, no matter how simple or small the order is. I have watched workers come in with food from other establishments and sit in back and eat while I have waited with my children for 30 minutes inside to be served. If you go to the counter, no one acknowledges you. I have watched many people need to swing back around for messed up orders and there is never an apology or quick fix. I never write a review that is negative, so take this as your warning to stir clear of this location!!!! Give your money to another fast food restaurant where the employees actually take pride in their jobs!

Easily one of the worst McDonald's in the area. It is common to experience a long wait time. It is also common to be missing parts of your order so make sure to check your bag. It's been like this for a long time with no improvement.

Update: nothing has changed, owners dont care. You would think with negative reviews every single day that something would change. Only logical conclusion one can come to is that the BEAR family has little to no idea on how to run a business . Mcdonalds needs to step in and find a better owner

I just left from there and the wait was very long. No one came to address us at the front desk and no one was there to take the orders either. It said my order was ready yet no one came to bring it to me until I asked. Also, it seemed like things were not running well inside the store, no structure whatsoever. Would not recommend

They made me wait more than 35 minutes at curbside when there was literally no cars in drive through what so ever. Called them to let them know I was waiting for more than 20 minutes and they made me wait and extra 15+ minutes.
