Is someone gardening here? My review of this place changes frequently from a 5 star to a solid 2 star but for context I also have worked a drive thru in the food industry so hearing someone forget important details to an order is so frustrating and makes me wanna throw hands through the window, so I make sure not to forget the sizes and addons to my order. this may not be a fact, but as someone who is familiar with gardening, or has seen the forbidden green knows a fellow from the other. When I pulled up to get cashed out I was repeated my order in slow mo which was unusual but we try not to judge. So she says my order which she says it correct so then I pull up to the next window and am repeated my order once more. I slave my brother away in the passenger seat next to me to look at the prized goods in the bag to make sure everything is correct. A large fry is visible at the top so he gives me the affirmative to pull away, assuming that the medium fry is in the bag as well. NONSENSE: as we get home, his tiny fat greasy fingers muddle around the fries as he tells me there is not a medium but a small hidden underneath the large fries that we also got. SORRY? so summarizing once more, my order is repeated two times correctly, not including the order being repeated at the order screen, and I still get the wrong size fry? Which one of you is the culprit to blame? Is everyone’s head down on earth in this McDonald’s? Bold assumption, but that’s the only thing I could think of as an effect of this! Blasphemy! There are definitely some queens at the drive thru so I appreciate you, but if you are the biggy who took my medium fry away from my McDonald’s package then I would like a word. But mostly my medium fry. And yes I did pay for the medium fry because it was on my receipt but to be clear I will be returning back because yes this is a McDonald’s and not fine dining so I can only expect so much. And there’s some baddies running the place so I appreciate. But please I would really like my medium fry to be there i really miss her.

The weekday morning staff was nice and the food was good, but the PlayPlace doesn’t open until 10:00. Very disappointing. We waited to play and then I had to ask for it to be opened when no one opened it at 10:00.

A guy named Christopher, I believe his name is, is a really good worker there. He takes your order really fast with great communication skills, he gets you what you need, and he is honest. I asked him for a receipt, and he said, I always give a receipt. Which I appreciate because I normally pay in cash.

I have only been through the drive through and horrible experience every time. Long waits where they ask us to park on the side and wait for someone to bring out the food. But several minutes later nobody shows up and have to go in to ask for the food, defeating the purpose of a drive through. Also there is always something missing, sometime forks and knives, other times syrup or sauces.

I recently visited this McDonald’s drive-thru where I received cold and stale French fries. Upon requesting a replacement, I was instructed to move forward and wait. After more than five minutes, I entered the store to remind them of my pending order. I spoke with the manager on duty, who inquired with the drive-thru employee about the cold fries. The employee admitted to serving them due to the busy period, and when I questioned the appropriateness of this action, he expressed indifference. The manager assured me that she would prepare fresh fries, and I requested replacements for my sandwiches, which were also becoming cold. The drive-thru employee returned, claiming he had already given me the sandwiches, to which I replied that they were now cold. He suggested I should have eaten them while waiting for the fries. My experiences at this McDonald’s have been inconsistent, and I am unwilling to patronize an establishment that provides both poor food quality and horrible customer service.

My trip to McDonald's was great but I have just one thing that brought this rating down: It took 25 minutes for our food to get there, also, my cheeseburger was almost rock solid. Food was okay, service... eh

Order bacon McDouble small fry and drink had to wait upto fifteen minutes and told to wait in a spot. Employee came out finally to tell me they were cooking bacon? Asked if I wanted anything free I wanted the meal comped I ended up just having to go talk to a manager whom I requested a refund and my food and she instead gave me food and no refund I could tell she was just trying to get me out .

Went to drive thru to order food and was put on hold so that they could help the other lane because of my order. Got pissed went inside to place my order and my whole order was made wrong. I called the store twice and no one ever picked up the phone
