For some reason this location is not as good as the other ones. I used to work at Moretti’s for two years and I used to tell people that the food was great. Something has definitely changed and I no longer would recommend it :( we ordered a deep dish pizza and the cheese was rubber! The sauce had no flavor which is crazy because again it was so good before! My husband also ordered short rib pappardelle…no sauce, noodles were over cooked and the short rib had no flavor. I really think management should look into this location more…it will ruin customers perspective on the food quality…

IF YOURE CONSIDERING CATERING FROM MORETTIS: DONT! Here’s why: I placed an order directly on their website for a huge party. I made my order a month in advance of when I needed it. They surely took my money right away, but when my boyfriend went to pick it up, ALMOST AN HOUR AFTER WE WERE SUPPOSED TO MIGHT I ADD, they said an order was never placed and we had the wrong location. After I sent him this screenshot of my order confirmation and the money being withdrawn from my account, the manager disappeared for 20 minutes, came back and THEN said they can START my order NOW! ABSOLUTELY NOT! Over $600 spent, and they wanted to barely start my order, when my party began at 3, and it was now 4. After asking so many times for a full refund, which they initially did not want to give me?!?!, they FINALLY did after threatening legal action. Lucky FOR ME, this food was a back up for my party, otherwise I would’ve had over 60 hangry people at my house and my party would have been ruined!!!!! The manager said he would have a district manager call me that night, yet here we are over 24 hours later since this disastrous encounter and I’ve heard NOTHING!!!! These people don’t care about you or your events that you spend so much time and money to come to fruition. They just want to take your money in exchange for the most HORRIFIC customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life!!!!! ZERO STARS OUT OF FIVE IF I COULD! I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this poorly ran sham of an establishment.

It was entirely too loud. Kids chocolate milk was spoiled. My food had clearly sat under a heat lamp for quite sometime as the cream sauce and mashed potatoes that came with my meal were both dried out and had a crust on top. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Busy but not crazy. Sat for about 20 minutes with no water nor acknowledgement of our presence. Watched people seated well after us being served. Tried to flag someone down but ignored. Finally got up and walked out.

The view is very scenic, but it can be a noisy atmosphere for those looking to have a more intimate dining setting.

Got there at 12:42 in the afternoon. Didn’t get served till 1:45. It was not busy. I had to get up and go ask someone what was going on. Was told our order was put in and she will check with the server. Never again! They couldn’t even bring us the soup.
I just left this place, we arrived at 6:30pm did a line to sit outside, sat and wait for the server over 20 min, then someone show up to take our order... 15 min after another waitress came to take our order again. The host should set the right expations about waiting or I heads up that they are under staffed. I wish I can reviwed the food but I left hungry....

We waited 20 minutes for a table of 4 to get seated on a Monday night. We sat at our table for another 20 minutes before they greeted us and another 20 minutes before our drinks arrived. That’s 60 minutes between walking in door and getting a drink in hand. Food came out slow and cold and cooked poorly. I’ve never been to a Moretti’s and had anything close to this poor of an experience. Everything was unexplainable bad and it was just an off night. It was truly disappointing, it will be along while before I’m back at any of the Moretti’s, Freddie’s, or Snuggery.

Waited a while before someone acknowledged us sitting and finally a waitress came over and apologized for the wait as our assigned waitress was overly busy so our new waitress Camelia took over and was beyond great for how busy it was. She made a potential bad visit into a great one! The food was amazing and came out pretty quick and Camelia made numerous visits for refills, etc. Great job!!
