I scheduled this location thinking it was the old Cadilac Ranch in Bartlett for our holiday party, I was wrong and still had a great time at this location.
Our company party had approx. 40/45 people attend.
We had a space curtained out from the 1st floor bar and the gambling area, I was happy at this point when I thought we were on the second floor in a boring area. Our party started around 6-630 and went till 10pm, we all had fun.. The designated staff was very prompt for drinks as we had an open bar, good menu for food and had a space to where we could migrate to the open areas if we wanted to..
Completely appreciate this facility, great people and staff.

Excellent staff, food, drink and atmosphere. It would be 5 stars if not for the 3% operations fee added to the check. They quickly removed it but c'mon, us customers are tired of the extra fees. I'd rather have you bury the 3% in the food and drink prices so I didn't have to see it.

We have been to Moretti’s several times and to a lot of locations. Always good. Moretti’s in Elgin is at the top of our list. The service is great and Sara the manager is outstanding. You’ve gotta try it. Their happy hour is one of the best. Delicious grilled calamari and pizzas. Thank you Sara; excellent service.

Enjoyed 1/2 price apps and discounted cocktails for happy hour - BUT - wasn't told about it and didn't see signs/table top info / had to “search” for tiny section on cocktail menu ☹️. Should make more obvious!

We had a small private birthday party at the Moretti's in Elgin. Besides the food being really good, the semi-private was great and the staff was so helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Sarah the manager was excellent. She went out of her way to help us out and checked on us.
Other than the partially uncooked cheese stick everything else was good. Happy hour. Shrimp. Golden fingers. Cheese sticks. 10in pizza. Would not recommend the cheese sticks to anyone. Everything else was good and the Blue moon was tasting right.

Greatest staff and amazing service! Sarah is a saint that restored my faith in human decency!
I made the mistake of ordering through UberEats instead of directly from Moretti’s site and my driver stole the order. I called Moretti’s to let them know the driver was thief and to avoid them in the future, they thanked me and said they’ll keep an eye out.
Then Sarah reached back out to me and apologized that this happened and then even though they weren’t responsible for the driver or delivery, they offered to remake the food and deliver at no cost!! Who even does that!!
I will now forever order DIRECTLY from Moretti’s and I’m going share this story with anyone who will listen cause I can’t name another restaurant that would step up like this! Even the new delivery driver was apologetic and nice!!
UberE refunded me a portion of the delivery and let the driver keep the tip. Absolute bs Drivers name is LOREANYI

Although we had a reservation and the restaurant was less than half full it took quite a bit of time to get the hostess to acknowledge us. Service was slow after that. We order a few appetizers before a movie and ended up rushing to eat since it was getting to be close to two hours.

Our bartender, Micah, was exceptional! He had a warm and friendly demeanor that made everyone feel welcome. My cocktail was perfect, and the conversation added a delightful touch to our evening.
