The acoustics are horrible. So noisy you can’t carry on a conversation at your table.Service was terrible. Food was cold. Uncooked baked potatoes. Overcooked steaks. Forgot to bring my salad. Unfriendly server unwilling to make any changes to the food orders. Then the management has the nerve to add a 3% surtax to your bill. No thanks. I will not return. Many better restaurants in the area. Don’t waste your time and money.

Corey was our server and he did a fantastic job! Very attentive, friendly, checked in frequently and took great care of us! Also, we love Moretti’s pizza and the decor at this location. Very cozy.

I love the atmosphere, and location. Not speaking for all Morettis but the service, quality and quantity of food at this location was just the worse. We watched 2 groups of people (after us) come order, get food, pay and leave within a few minutes of just us getting our food. No apology, no explanation just "you're next." We have 2 toddlers who tend to make a mess with no napkins available and no offer to take our empty plates from the table. We have also been wine club members for 4 years. Our wine tasting came with no cards or explaination for which wine was which we had to ask for it for the first time and figure it out ourselves. And we normally come here at least once a month. So when asking to use our quarterly gift card, the waitres had no idea what we were talking about. And then later after requesting bottles of wine to take home she seemed shocked that we asked for a bag/box to place them in like they normally would do. She also never offered a box for our leftovers. And we werent the only ones, the table next to us also had to wait even longer for their food and got one of their orders incorrect. So at least we werent alone. The poor service was appalling. They REALLY need to better train their wait staff here. Also my food appeared more simple and less than usual. Not sure if they were short on food and staff but it definitely showed. Oh and also no high chairs available which I guess i understand with a 1 year old birthday party going on but a place like this should be better prepared. My poor 22 month old kept sliding off the booster seat onto the chair to which I had to keep my hand on/near him to keep him from sliding. What a frustrating experience. Please do better in the NEAR future.

It’s a very beautiful place, lots of seating and lots of parking.Service was amazing for sure. The drinks were really well made and very tasty.Love the coconut onion rings! BUT sadly the fettucini alfredo was too bland, I couldn’t eat it.The chicken was cooked well & I didn’t understand the chunks of broccoli but it was ok.JUST the fettucini sauce was not edible at all. It basically had ZERO flavor.Anyway would come back to try the pizza though.

Definitely not the Morettis I thought it was going to be. Service was very slow the food had no flavor and was not the greatest in my opinion. Not sure I would come back unless they changed something.

We had a private room on 2 separate occasions and the food and service is ALWAYS amazing...their pizza is also pretty
My wife and I had dinner reservations on a Sunday at 5:30PM. We had hoped we would get a nice table towards the windows overlooking the pond outside, but we were seated very close to the entrance to the restaurant. The waiter's service was prompt and very satisfactory, the food was accurately described on the menu and was also very good. The average sound levels at our table measured about 90db on an app on my iPhone, so my wife and I had a very difficult time just trying to talk with each other during our dinner. We both decided to not go to the Elgin Morretti's again due to very poor acoustics in that restaurant. We live close by and the Morretti's delivery service has been excellent in the past, so we can get the food delivered. Maybe if you go at a less busy time, it might not be quite as loud with less people sitting near by.

Watched the super bowl here. We ordered garlic Parmesan wings as an appetizer but we were served drumsticks with a bland, white sauce on them. Service was slow and inattentive. Prices are very high for inedible food.
