I must admit im really picky when it comes down to burritos. One day it’s a 10/10 another day it’s 6/10 but this place hands down has the best burritos 12/10 🔥 i still have a lot to try here

I went tonight for the 1st time. I Got the Quesbarria Dinner, and Steak Taco Dinner. My wife said her steak tacos were delicious, the rice was pretty good and the beans could use a little more flavor. My Quesabarria Dinner was great as well. Alot of flavor and No gritty/ fatty meat. Overall very satisfied and will be back, enjoy this hidden gem before they get a better sign, because there will be a line out the door. (Steak Tacos In Pic)

I had missed this place due to it being tucked away but definitely stop by! The portions are generous and the food is delicious. I've been looking for another Mexican place and I've definitely found it in Mr. Cesar's.
I knew I would be a regular after I first tried the chicken tacos. I tried the burritos the very next day and I'm equally impressed again.

Overall experience there was mid. The service was good. But the food wasn’t all there. The chips were to oily, the green salsa that comes with chips was way to runny. The cost that you pay for the quality of food doesn’t match up. It was ok, but there’s definitely room to grow. I did enjoy the salsa roja that comes in little cups if you ask for it.
