We waited longer to get our food and the check than eating our meal. Our waitress was slow and non attentive. NEVER came by to see how our meal was, needed anything or refill our drinks. No wonder it was empty for a Saturday night….won’t be back.

Best pizza in the tri-city area! We have tried just about every pizza place around here, nothing compares. We are originally from the city, we know good tavern style pizza and Nick’s gets it right. Similar to Barnaby’s and Luca’s (LaGrange).

I’ve been here multiple times. But today when we stopped in for lunch the pizza was HORRIBLE I could have made a better frozen pizza at home…I was honestly shocked as this wasn’t our first time. Our server was great and super friendly but the pizza itself was awful. I am not sure if we will return.

Pizza was good. I was with a date and we were talking for a while and the staff kept coming over to take plates and silverware and any other little thing until I asking if we needed to leave. There was no one there that night so not sure why they were hustling us out of there.

I love their pizza! It tasted exactly the same as when I worked there maybe 25 years ago only problem was we could not eat in because I forgot there were peanuts everywhere and we had someone with a severe peanut allergy. We just did takeout.

Called and placed an order for pizza. Lady on the phone advises today was buy one get one. I arrive to pick up and they don't have my order. They question me on which location I ordered from. I tell them Elgin. They are questioning everyone and no one finds the order. I ask if they can just process the order instead of talking about it so I can get the pizza home for my family. Im waiting on their mistake and they don't even offer peanuts, a beverage or even water while im waiting. Not sure what happened tonight but thats not the right way to fix an error.
